I made a good research before entering to any gym in Chiang Mai. We were working remotely for 2 weeks here and we wanted a good gym to have decent workouts. This had everything we needed: good value for the money, great machines, and AC was not mandatory but a big plus.
Here they have really good machines even better that the ones you usually see in western gyms. My personal workout routine ideally requires a good variety of machines and they have a great selection for every muscular group. The gym is VERY clean, there is always one person cleaning.
AC works great and you feel fresh the whole workout.
It can get a little bit crowded in the morning, but it becomes less busy around noon.
Also they seel water for 10/20 bahts and have free bananas 🫶🏻

Best gym in Chiangmai as know. there are plent of fitness equipments，and new. and it has good air condition，in just suitable temperature，which is very impartant in thailand as I think. 100B per day.1000 per month.

Came to this gym while on vacation . Per day is 100 bath. They've got all the equipments you need. Comfortable and very clean. Staff and personal trainers are all very friendly too !

Best gym I've been to. So many machines catered to bodybuilding, that you wouldn't find in a commercial gym. The staff take pride in cleaning the gym, all the equipment is organised and in the right place. Mint was so friendly and helpful.

I’ve tried almost every gym in the greater Chiang Mai area and they all have their pro’s and con’s.

PUMP has (by far) the most modern and well-maintained equipment of any gym I have been to, which, for 100baht I think is well worth it. Staff is friendly.

I will say that they have really stuffed the gym so full of equipment, that it can feel a bit cramped sometimes. It’s not a big deal, but you have to wiggle your way through here and there.

Incredible gym with unique machines. 100 baht per visit. Full air conditioning. Very very happy. As a full-time traveller, I have used over 50 gyms in the last 2 years, and this is one of the best. 8am is a bit late to open to cater for tourists doing day trips, and for me, 630am would be better, but other than that, absolutely no complaints. Superb.

Just amazing gym...!!! I'm not an expert about gym but I did sports all my life and this place has all the machines you need for a complete training. And the energy of the place is so relaxed. The people who work here are so kind and respectful....!!!! 100% recommendable...!!!! The relation price cuality Is more than fair.... Don't think twice.

Excellent gym with a lot of modern and new equipment. Restrooms are clean all the time and all benches get cleaned always.
They don’t have a water machine tough, but you can buy a bottle for just 10 baht. Current daily pass is 100 baht which is extremely cheap for what you get. Definitely my favorite in town.
(If you come early in the morning you even get a free banana :) )

Great gym - very new equipment, most are better than the equipment in the high end gyms back in the UK. Extremely reasonable price for what you get. Would definitely return if I were to come to Chiang Mai again! I would highly recommend for those who are looking for a gym which offers good quality equipment

There's a lot going on inside that place. You probably have to visit a couple of times to appreciate the array of equipment available. The machines are top quality. It's as good as any of the 10+ gyms I've used in Thailand. A very high level of gym etiquette was observed. The space was absolutely spotless.

A quality gym! The staff are great, allowing me to freeze my month membership when leaving the city and just resuming again once I come back (twice now).

The place is extremely clean, decent AC, modern equipment, even free bananas! The majority of the users follow great gym etiquette and you rarely see big lumps walking around as if they own the place.

Just started but I like it there. So much equipment, different types and it's cool coz of the Ac's and the gym and equipment are always kept clean. Staff is very friendly too, it's just a little overwhelming when you can't figure out how to use some of the equipment and you have nobody to ask

As a fitness center operator, I had the opportunity to personally visit this amazing gym and it was an unforgettable experience for me because I have never seen such high-quality service, professional machines and a clean gym anywhere in Thailand. Pump Fitness can undoubtedly be the perfect motivation for all fitness service providers not only in Thailand but also anywhere else. I recommend visiting this gym to every athlete who will come to Chiang Mai and wants quality training in a perfect environment !

Loved this gym. I think because they also sell the equipment there, it’s in top shape. They also have a lot of isolation machines and accessories (a weight lifting belt: didn’t fit me because I have a 28” waist and the belt maybe more for men). I did powerlifting there as they have two sets of plates and even small weights. I wouldn’t recommended for Olympic weight lifting though, there is a platform but the space is pretty confined and there is a squat rack in the way.

There is a cable area, bench, squat rack, leg press, leg extensions, and ab machines as well as a good amount of dumbbells. The day pass is 100 baht for a well cooled gym and a week pass is 400 baht (I was paying 250-300baht in Bangkok so this is such a deal!).

They have protein powder, English speaking staff, lockers (bring your own lock), and there is a dedicated cleaning who works hard to keep the gym extremely clean.

Being on a trip, I try to maintain my physical level. This is an excellent gym, especially considering the price. There are LOTS of machines, free weights and dumbbells up to 50kg. The equipment is very recent and well maintained. The gym is clean. In short, you have no excuse to complete a full session in good conditions.

Probably the best gym in the area. Very well equipped, super clean and the staff is friendly.
They charge 100THB for a single session, which is ridiculously fair. In comparison, I've been asked 1000THB for a week of training in Bangkok, in a gym that wasn't nearly as good as this one.
Good place to meet other tourists too.

Really nice gym. Super clean, all equipment is brand new, and it has everything you need for a solid workout.
Squat bench, bench press, smith machine, dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, and various cardio equipment.

1 day costs 80 baht and luckily, it was open over the New Year (12.31, 1.01, 1.02). Would definitely recommend this gym.
