Oct '20 update - Recently expanded - more machines, treadmills, parking. Also a 6 month membership option for 2700 baht.

Good local gym. Usually not too busy. They have a good selection of equipment.

1 day - 40B
10 days - 300B
1 month - 700B
3 months - 1700B

No aircon, though there are lots of fans and if you are used to Thai weather, it's fine.

Limited English spoken here, though that shouldn't stop you from getting a membership.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere, the gym could do with a little bit more space. Other than that, nothing but good to say. No aircon but I like that.

Always greeted with a smile! For 40 baht, the gym equipments are new, no aircon but that’s even better.

Solid gym. Has squat rack, bench, pull-up bar, free weights, and pretty much everything you need. Recommended.

Good place to go for a quick exercise.
