Drive Car Rental Chiang Mai

We rented a Nissan Navara (or similar) for 3 days.

We got a brand new or close as Nissan Navara as ordered.

The location of the collection point is within the international arrival / departure section of the airport. So, if you arrive on the domestic terminal, you will have to walk some way through the airport to gate 10 in the international section.

When you return the car, you have to call or WhatsApp, then 20 minutes before you get to the airport, so someone is there to receive the car for you.

The drop-off point is within the car park at the international departure checking gates. Drive to the airport and find the Cark park before the drop-off points.

No problem in any way and very impressed with the service and price.

Very good service! When i arrived to pickup the car, it turned out i had booked it for 1 day later. No problem for drive 😊 i got exactly the car that i reserved and just needed to wait 20 minutes until they had cleaned it for me.
The car was brand new and i had no oroblems with it.

Contacted drive car rental to rent for 2 days in Chiang Mai. Everything went smoothly from the pick up at the airport. It was very fast and efficiently carried out. The car was excellent, Almeera 1.0 Turbo. Air cond was powerful and driving on extremely hot weather was very soothing. We enjoyed our journey in Chiang Mai. I recommend this company 100%. The car was almost new and in perfect condition. A motorbike hit us and made a pretty big scratch on the front bumper. They were very fair and took only 2000 tbh from the security deposit. We did not need to argue with them or anything.

Hired a Nissan March for 4 weeks. Car is very nippy, ideal for the city and surrounding countryside. Excellent fuel economy. Booked online from the uk 🇬🇧 Car ready to collect at agreed time. Full of fuel. Just required International Driving Licence and credit card. Very easy.

During Christmas and New Year's, we used Drive Car Rental to rent a vehicle, and we weren't disappointed.

After making a brief phone call, they arrived at the airport gate to pick us up, checked the information, and handed us the keys to the car. Their service was fantastic, and the pickup process was simple.

The vehicle was a new Honda City with only 3xxxKM on the clock and was in good shape. The car was fuel-efficient and a pleasure to drive.

Drop off went smoothly and efficiently as well.

They provided faster and better service than some other major international vehicle rental companies from which I had rented automobiles, thus I would highly recommend them!

What we rent was a mini bus, the condition of this bus was very good, clean, easy to operate. The reply from staff was quickly, polite. We will consider to rent car from Drive Car Rental again when we go to Chiang Mai next time.

Saw some reviews about the troubles on finding the staff to get car. So with no hesitants, after collecting luggages, i gave calls and staff picked up in no time and directing me to the car park.

I rent a toyota new vios 1.5 with premium insurance, handling was easy and so when returned. Staff are polite with smile, no hard stuff..

Car pick up is located outside of terminal building, in outdoor area. This is not stated when booking, so took a bit of asking around the other rental car booths inside the terminal.
However, once found the pick up is super efficient.
Car is clean. It has many scratches, but nothing serious. Just take good photos of all such scratches before driving away, just in case.
Returning the car was very easy, fuss free.
Price is good.

Good price and easy to rent the car. You can get the car straight from the car rentals area (near door 1) instead of going inside to the stand. The car itself is OK. Clean, runs well. I didn't have any issues with it.

I used this company's rent car for a month and a half, and the condition of the car was the best, and when I contacted him because the battery was discharged on the way, but replaced it right away.

To find staff from Drive Car Rental wa snot so easy because at th booking confirmation was written "Gate 1" and not "Exit 1". But all in all a good expericence.

very nice and comfort car...we drove around chiang rai and went to chiang mai with no hassle about the car...good service and attitudes.

suggestion: please emphazise that the customer need to call the office upon arrival because the office is outside the airport area. A bit hassle if we dont have any local sim card....Whatsapp is much better.

my experienced, i went to Exit 2 car park Zone A as described and informed in email....but no one there...we thought that there would be a office /stall for customer to pick up the car.

We hired two cars and they were both very new. At the end of our trip, my mom left her phone in the car without us knowing it and the staff called to inform us. They eventually returned the phone to us from Chieng Mai to Bangkok via EMS. It was wrapped with three layers of bubble to protect the phone.
