The Chiang Mai OLD TOWN Hotel

Great staff, rooms, and location. We had a wonderful stay here in Chiang Mai Old Town. Very convenient location to experience all of the open air markets throughout the week. We would certainly stay again in the future!

We loved it!! beautiful hotel and perfect location. Everything in Old Town is within walking distance. The staff was so nice, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always kind and always with a smile on their face. Definitely recommend it!!!

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional, we would have stayed longer if we could! It is a very modern hotel, impeccably clean, and boasts impressive facilities. From a charming outdoor pool to a fitness center, a nice restaurant, and a spa. All hotel amenities are carefully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay.

The room was spacious and well-decorated. Without a doubt, it ranks among the best rooms we've enjoyed in Thailand!!!

We also tried a two-hour Thai massage and we loved it! We left feeling super relaxed :)

The Chiang Mai Old Town is luxury tucked away in the bustling city of Chiang Mai. My wife and I originally planned to only stay for 4 days and ended up extending for two weeks. The staff goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. No ask is too much! Our room was wonderful. The a/c blows cold and the bed is very comfortable! We utilized the gym and the pool amenities almost every day. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we visit Chiang Mai and we will probably extend again!

The only constructive feedback we have is the restaurant does have a limited menu and the food is priced high for what it is. Other than that we absolutely cherished our time here. The team they have there is amazing! 10/10!

Absolutely beautiful hotel- service is amazing and they are so attentive to your every need. Food in their restaurant is also great. We had breakfast and dinner here. Hotel is also close to temples and if your doing activities to pick up location.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The service is excellent, and the food is wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful with every amenity! But the best part of this hotel is the staff! They are extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind! They want their guests to feel welcomed and cared for! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff were all kind, helpful, and literally always smiling. It started off with a welcome drink of fresh coconuts and then we were led to our room. The room was pristine, very modern, and actually looks better in person than in the photos online. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked and perfectly clean. The location was great! We walked through the Old City every day without issue and across town to the Night Bazaar (although you can get a Bolt/Tuk Tuk/taxi if preferred). The pool at the hotel is also great with comfortable chairs around. The hotel offers free beverages and snacks in the main lobby every day which was a nice perk! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chiang Mai in the future.

PS - there are a few dogs that occasionally bark which didn’t bother us. We looked out from our balcony and saw their owner (and the cute dogs), a sweet Thai lady who smiled and waved up at us. This hotel is located next to people’s homes and we enjoyed the reminder.

We had a wonderful stay in a very The location was excellent that we could easily walk everywhere. modern room with great facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the Bluetooth speaker and wireless charging setup. The pool was fantastic, although it didn't get much sun in the afternoons. The only small downside was that it seemed like the staff were encouraged to use only western greetings; I would have appreciated more Thai greetings.

Absolutely the cutest hotel in the area! It may not look like much from the outside but looks can be deceiving!! The rooms are beautiful the food is amazing - 5 star quality! And the service is absolutely the best service I have ever received from a hotel - you must stay here

The staff is totally focused on serving their guests. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable. The restaurant is surpurb and the service is top notch. Should you come to Chiang mai, this hotel is a must. The spa and massage is fantastic. I love this place.

I came to relax and getting massages the spa here offers fantastic any kind massages especially, thai massage. Aed , Ice, Bam, Mild, Solar, Tarn, Klui, Ozone and everyone are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Thank you for an excellent service!! I will come back again next year for sure

From beginning to end a lovely experience. The warm welcome while checking in and the welcome drink which was already prepared for us, made us very excited for our stay. The room is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Chiang Mai. The location is great to explore all the surroundings. The breakfast was amazing and fulfilled every wish!

In the lobby you have complimentary drinks and different snacks throughout the day. Plus you can play the newest version of Monopoly Chiang Mai Edition. The perfect way to end the day. We had an amazing time and a beautiful stay and we can’t wait to come back next time we will be in Chiang Mai.

Great hotel! Room is spacious with great air conditioning. The shower water pressure was great. The hotel had a breakfast that had a lot of options. The staff is very nice! They did a happy hour everyday with 2 for 1 cocktails and would have live music at night. The location is a walk away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and an atm machine. They are right around the corner from a coin laundry place which is extremely convenient if you need to do a load of laundry during your stay.

My wife and I stayed here in November, 2022 and loved it. Room was very comfortable, loved the pool and the grounds were very pleasant. Staff was really amazing - so helpful and friendly. Had breakfast at the hotel every day and enjoyed happy hour on most days. Lovely part of town…mix of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and residential. Really loved it and would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic rooms. The staff are amazing and would like to particularly compliment Mind, Ice and Pack for their outstanding service. Other than the free mini bar and free drinks and food provided in the late afternoon, the hotel has a complimentary free transport service (subject to availability) to ferry you to your destination within the old town itself.

Loved!!! This Hotel!! Tomorrow will be our last day at the hotel and we absolutely love it. The facilities are great, the location is perfect, the rooms are cozy, clean, and pretty but what stands out to me the most is the exceptional service of every team member. The receptionists have helped us out a lot, giving recommendations, finding our transport to places or just generally having a nice chat. All other team members always greet you politely and care for you with great attentiveness.
I am from the hotel industry myself and I can vouch this place is wonderful :)!

(If I can have the TINIEST remark: I'd switch the lights in the dining room from bright cold white to a warm yellow).
