This was my second time using this branch...each visit the staff performed with a helpful, courtesy professional manner. The staff at desk number 5, was very patient with me.

Very good service the staff went out of their way to help me as I don't speak very much Thai, thankyou very much Christopher Kennedy.

เปิดทุกวันก็จริง แต่เปิด 10.30 น. ไม่ใช่ 08.30 น. แก้ไขด้วยเนาะ 🙄

A very busy branch (i.e. slow to get served) who don't have good technical knowledge of the Banks services. Alternative branches are quicker..

พนักงาน น้อยเปิดช่องเดียว ทำงานล่าช้า มาก คิวรอ สามคิว รอ 1 ชั่วโมง ต้อง ทำจิตให้ว่างมากๆค่ะ ก่อนมาใช้บริการ

Incompetent and ignorant. They slow, lazy and have very rude manners. They forget that you are the customer and they own you money. But they threat you like a recruit in a Army's Barrack who didn't clean the shoes of its leader. De facto a customer service is simply inexistent and the impression is that they all hate their job. Try another branch? Obsolete. The Fish stinks from the head.

Bad and slow customer service. Manager is pompous and rude. Better to use another branch like central airport.

รอ50 นาที กว่าจะได้ทำรายการ โดยที่ไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนมาถามสักนิดว่าเราทำรายการอะไร จนเราต้อฃเดินแทรกเข้าไปเอง ทั้งๆที่คนอื่นคิวก็ไปเรื่อยๆ แต่ของเราคิวมันหยุดเพราะคนก่อนหน้าทำอะไรไม่รู้ซึ่งมันนานมาก ถ้าเป็นธนาคารอื่น ย้ำว่าธนาคารอื่น จะมีพนักงานเข้ามาถามตลอดถ้าเห็นว่าลูกค้าคนนี้มานานแล้ว ง่ายๆคือที่อื่นค่ายอื่น บริการดีกว่านี้

ใครคาดหวังความรวดเร็วไม่แนะนำสาขานี้นะคะ

พนังงานบางคนไม่แย่ค่ะ จะมีปัญหาอยู่ 1-2 คน
คนหนึ่ง เดินวุ่นเพราะเหมือนต้องทำหลายหน้าที่
คนหนึ่ง เหมือนเด็กใหม่ ไม่มืออาชีพ คุยดัง และถามตลอดเหมือนไม่รู้อะไรเลย
