Lipe Beach Resort

Great location for the best snorkelling and beach. The rooms are pretty clean but quite basic if you have the garden fan rooms, which is fine but if there was a fridge in there it would be good. Can’t fault the staff and complimentary breakfast is great.

Everything about the resort is simply fantastic. It's my 2nd time back at the resort and truthfully one of the best beach holidays I have ever had!!! Simply beautiful and amazing!!!

We just loved our stay of four nights. Direct beach access, quiet surrounding (fyi: we came off-season in September and experienced hardly any rain) outstanding hospitality and really good food.
Sunrise beach was for us the best location - we found Nemo right in front of our villa, and Walking-Street is just 10min away to get all fresh fruits you can think of. Sunset can be celebrated close by at Zodiac. all in all: perfect!

Beautiful location on the best beach on the island. The staff are friendly with GREAT customer service. You can't go wrong with booking the Lipe Beach Resort for your time at Ko Lipe.

Very calm and breezy, the wind is strong in the front desk and dining area but back at the rooms it is very breezy and most relaxing. Very silent and the food was also great. There's a massage parlour and it is beautiful at nights.good for families and couples. They allowed early check in and they also arrange bike taxis easily.

Nice location if you like quire here is ok rooms are beautiful but some have only fan.. i used a fan no problems

Great location and value. beach access for snorkeling with reefs and many fishes. great ambience at bar and restaurant.

Amazing place to stay in general. Nice huts right on an awesome beach, staff always in good mood, polite and ready to help. You can borrow badminton equipment for free or you can play beach voleyball in the resort. Breakfast was great. The coral reef right in front of the resort is full of tropical fish. There was a safe in the hut big enough to keep a 15 inch laptop. Mosquitos only few around sunset which is normal.

Things to improve:
- Weak wifi signal in the huts
- The bathrooms are accessible to insects and other animals. We asked the staff to put something on the pipe going from the bathroom sink to the outside of the hut and it helped but also the other bathroom windows could get protected with the net and then it would be 100%.

Definitely would love to stay here again. Thank you guys!

Outstanding chill place on Koh Lipe less busier beautiful beach with a nice view of neighboring islands.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy we actually miss it now we're home! The staff were super friendly and kind and couldn't do more for you if they tried - anything we needed it was sorted before we even asked. The food and drinks were fabulous as was everything else about this place. We're very much looking forward coming back next year! Thank you to everyone at Lipe Beach Resort for making our trip so very special!

We stopped here for a bite to eat after a long walk along Sunrise Beach. The food was delicious! Best Pad Thai we had in Koh Lipe. Papaya Salad also scrumptious. Washed down with a mango fruit shake, yum! Friendly service and decent prices too. Super!

Nice rooms in a really nice resort! We had the "Garden view airconditioning" and they were quite small, but still nice. Bathroom clean and big. Our room was in the furthest back, so a little "walk" to the ocean on a minute or so.
Breakfast was really nice, you could choose between a few different western and thai options, all options we tried were more then enpugh food! Beach was nice with sunbeds and cute "decorations". The food we tried in the restaurant was really good! An improvement suggestion: have happy hour for a couple of hours each day, it will get you more costumers that stop for a drink or two, and end up eating dinner :)
Staff was soo friendly and nice! It felt like they genuinly cared about their guests!

We had a nice stay in a cabana by the beach without airco. It's right after the boats 'parking' that currently occupies half of this beach (which is annoying) so the noise of the engines was not too loud. The price was ok, about half price of the ones with airco, and we didn't really need it during the end of October (net for mosquitos as part of the bed). The breakfast was not really generous. During rainy period a lot of roads in the back of the place get flooded and it's a mess to go to the center (you'll be walking through ponds) unless you go along the beach until more or less where the main road finishes in the beach.

Great resort next to the Beach. The staff was amazing and it is a super kids friendly resort! We stayed here for 6 nights. We had the SeaBreeze bungalow. Great sunrise every morning.

Great location, right on the beach front. The bungalow are very clean, beautifully decorated, good included breakfast. The hotel propose day trip arrangement, have a bar and restaurant. Food is not the best but the beach view and seating facilities are very cool. Location is on the best part of Koh Lipe island, not a boat parking location and the biggest cleanest beach around !
Fairly priced !! A great recommendation for staying in Lipe

Lipe Beach Massage
Enjoyed 3 Thai massages here this week, traveling over for the adjacent island of Adang. 400baht is reasonable and the massage was different, targeting my trouble spots effectively each time. The room is upstairs and on the beach.

Great resort, but basic! We had first line on the beach bungalow, the price was high because of the location, blue clear water and white sand. Walking of 10 minutes to get to the walking street. I give 5 stars because of the team of the hotel. Very sweet and friendly!

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay at Koh Lipe. We had a bungalow directly at the beach and were able to watch the sunrise from the bed. Breathtaking and absolutely worth it! The beach is very clean (I can highly recommend staying at sunrise beach in general) and the water crystal clear. The breakfast is good but not outstanding. We mainly ordered (huge) sandwiches or eggs. The resort also has a spa area (which we didn't try but is well rated in Google) and an outside bar with food and drinks. Everything is very clean and people are friendly.
When arriving it is best to take a motorcycle-taxi to get to the hotel. The path is not easy to find when being on Koh Lipe the first time.

Excellent location on the East side of the island. Super friendly and helpful staff.

White sandy beach, cristal clear warm sea.
Perfect bungalow with great bathroom.

We did rent a kayak and snorkelling gear from a very nice shop (locals own) right on the beach, just 200ft on left hand side as you come out on the beach from Power Beach Resort.
This rental shop offered better price and quality equipment than the shop right next to Power Beach Resort (right hand side).

Kayaking and snorkelling around the island right in front, as you look out to the sea. Lots of nice fish and Nemos, nice corals as well.
Highly recommend Lipe Power Beach Resort.

We stayed for three nights in a wooden beachfront bungalow. Breathtaking views, clean, amazing location. Secluded area of the sea with no boats in front so you can swim freely. Staff are amazing. Very laid back chilled place to stay. Food at bar and drinks was brilliant.

We actually moved after three nights to the luxury Serendipity resort at the other end of sunrise beach and as much as Serendipity is beautiful I wish I had stayed at Lipe Resort for the whole holiday.

Walking street only a short walk and if you turn left and go to the top of sunrise beach you get the same views as you would on sunset beach. This was literally 2 minutes from the resort.
