My second time to visit this place, and I must leave a 5 star review. They pay attention to details, provide really quality service and most importantly, really professional massage! My masseuse Nan was so caring, I had my best massage treatment in Chiangmai! Highly recommend! (Btw they do get very busy sometimes, so remember to make a reservation before coming)

We had two massages in Chinola. We had cheaper massage in Bangkok but we weren't satisfied at all. So after traveling to Chiang Mai I tried to find massage salon with great reviews. We were really satisfied with our first massage, second (after a week when we came back to Cjiang Mai) wasn't that excellent, but still very good. At the beginning you get cold tea and cold tower with survey - what to avoid, what to aim,what's your allergies etc. After the massage we got hot tea and biscuits. Salon was clean and peaceful. I recommend making a reservation (in person or by messenger).

I did 1 hr foot massage and 1 hr thai massage with balm. The therapist is skillful and polite. The receptionist is also very friendly and sweet. There was a road construction outside when I had the massage but it’s not really bad, however she informed the customer first and kept apologizing. A nice experience indeed.

I had a fantastic experience at Chinola. We were welcomed with tea and a cold towel for our hands and face. The staff asked if we had any health concerns and areas we wanted the masseuse to focus on. The massage itself was possibly the best I've ever received. They have a proper massage table so you don't have to turn your head to the side. The masseuse was attentive and good at working out high tension areas. Highly recommend.

First time for me trying a traditional thai massage and the choice could not have been better! The staff is very nice and kind, the place is very clean and the massage was awesome! The woman that did it to me, asked me how much pressure I wanted and it was perfect! Before and after the massage they offer you tee and biscuits. I would recommend it and go back again for sure!

Ending my CM vacation with a perfect Thai massage. Tried one hr yesterday and then two hrs today, adding foot and hot oil. Facility clean, fragrant and staff pleasant and highly skilled. Working my old tightened muscle and joint loose. Best massage ever for me! Cheap by US standard, 800 brt or $25 for 2 hrs! Thank you Aum!

This is by far the best massage shop in Chiang Mai. The shop is very clean and service is very good, most importantly the technique of massagers are the best so far I experienced. I came on Monday and luckily I reserved in advance or else they may not be able to provide a room for walk in customers.

Had a great experience here. I’m no expert in what constitutes a great massage but I came here twice and each time had the same masseuse Jeng. She was super nice and attentive asking if the firmness was ok, clearly noticing tight shoulders or hamstrings and giving them more attention. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they made me feel comfortable which allowed for simply enjoying the whole experience, including tea before and after and a foot scrub before the massage started. You won’t regret choosing this spot above the hundred other places!!

We had a couples oil massage here 1000 baht promotion and we both loved it and found the experience very relaxing with highly skilled massage therapists. The best massage I have had in Thailand so far. The service is 5 star and they pay a lot of attention to details. The massage therapist was very professional and I felt so good after the massage. I got to choose which oil I wanted to use for the massage and they provided me with a great tea. I will be going back there in two days.

Best massage we’ve had in Chiang mai! 1 hour Foot reflexology was incredible. From the cold tea and towel, to washing/scrubbing our feet, to the relaxed vibe they’ve created for the chair foot massage area. Both of our massage therapists were excellent and gave great pressure and rhythm. Was 350 baht and definitely a step up from the other places we’ve tried.

You can’t swing a cat in Chiang Mai without hitting a massage place, and most of them are pretty much “ya get what ya pay for.” 300 baht is gonna get you a 300 baht quality massage. However, at Chinola, I was amazed at the quality of the masseuses for the price of the massage.

I had the 2hr half Thai and half oil massage. Before and after you are served tea as you unwind in their waiting room.

Its also located in a great and convenient part of the old city.

Patronized this shop twice with my dearest. First we went for 1 hour foot massage, the masseuse(her name Nan) was friendly, good pressure and professional. My dearest masseuse was good was well. Immediately we book next day for 2 hours Foot+Thai+Aroma Oil massage and specifically asked for Nan(masseuse). Long story short, the 2 hours was incredibly good and comforting throughout the entire process. If I am coming back to Chiangmai, I will definitely stay nearby to Chinola for their great massage. I had a relaxing coconut scrub and coconut oil massage here. I’m certain the prices are higher than the less atmospheric looking spas in the city but less expensive than some other fancy spas I’ve seen around. The service was great and the staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed my massage and overall experience.
It’s cheaper if you got with someone, you could save a couple hundred baht. They charge more for certain treatments if you’re solo, so find a friend or just be willing to pay extra.
