Wonderful place. The experience was fantastic from start to finish:

You get a tasty Juice in the beginning and your feet are washed in a wooden bowl. Massage 2h was affordable and done very diligently and patiently. You fill out a sheet with preferences (strength etc) beforehand. Afterwards, I got a tea and some fruit.

The place also looks wonderful and really underlines the best of Thai culture.

We did the Royal Honeymoon and spent half a day at Zabai Thai. Felt so welcome from the time we went in to the time we left. The place was spotlessly clean and professional.

We chose this place after seeing all of the amazing reviews, and I'm so glad we did. They don't have the big marketing budgets of other spots, so the least I can do is let others know what a treat Zabai Thai is.

Very strong massage for my husband and not too strong for me, at our request. The therapists met all our needs, focussing on certain areas.

Body wra, face mask and outdoor shower left us feeling absolutely pampered. Dessert at the end was spectacular and they even gifted us a beautiful garland.

Best massage ever!! We had the Thai massage for 2 hours and it cost Thb 750. My masseuse is Tim and she’s so good!! She knows all the right points to massage (idk how to explain but she massages the nerve points till it’s “gone”?). It’s a little painful but this is also my first time falling asleep during a massage cos I find massages painful all the time & can never sleep. This makes me feel like all the massages I did in bangkok were a scam 🥲 I had 1 masseuse in bkk that stepped on me and it’s so painful & not good at all!! Tim massages with her hands and elbows throughout so it’s very enjoyable and you can tell it’s a lot of effort on her end. My mum also loves her masseuse Phai who is very helpful and asked her a lot of questions because my mum had knee surgery and needed more care. Highly recommend to everyone that comes to Chiangmai!!!

The best excited and wonderful massage I have ever had. The therapist (Ten) was really professional, focus on what we call a real massage with strong press. Tranquil atmospher besides friendly staff welcoming you from when you coming in. We have a light dessert of hot tea (really good) and some fruit and a piece of cake after all. Just had the most incredible Thai massage experience ever! The perfect balance of stretching, pressure, and relaxation - I feel completely rejuvenated. A massive Thank you tu Phai truly over exceeded my expectations. At the beginning you fill in a formular. You explain injuries etc. And they realllly follow the instructions!! It is a heavenly result!! Feeling so much better!

The ambient is very lovely with beautiful details. We were welcome warmly and offered a very tasty and refreshing drink.
We were asked to fill out a form in our preferences and the intensity of the massage (from soft to strong).
The room for the massage was well designed in a wooden traditional style and we put on traditional massage dresses.
The massage itself was amazing and according to our preferences.
After the massage we were offered another drink and some fresh fruit, both very tasty.
This was definitely the best massage I had so far in Thailand (and I had quite a lot) and we will come back.

Booked the 4 hour romantic package with multiple massages, a body scrub and facial. Great relaxing experience. Booking was for two people - asked for a private room for myself and was given it (non-couple). Compress massage was very nice. Pressure could be a bit better with some of the massages but otherwise was good. Was given a feast afterwards with fresh fruits, coconut juice, tea, mango sticky rice, and lots of other Thai desserts. Romantic package was 2000 baht per person.

My friend and I went here today for a facial. We ended up having a wonderful experience. Foot soak and scrub first with tea, an excellent facial (mine was done by a young man), upper body squeeze/realignment, treated with care and expertise. Finished with another tea and fruit. The front reception young man gave us cultural information as he served us, great smile and welcome, excellent customer service. Planning on coming back tomorrow and bringing another friend. All staff were wonderful and treated us like queens. Thanks Zabai, was referred here by Benmor, our fabulous Intrepid guide.

I rarely write reviews but after having a few very unskilled “Thai” massages, I was grateful to find this place. I booked the 2.5 hour special for my husband and I, so we were put in a room with two beds. The ladies were both gentle with our bodies, but strong and precise in their treatments. After having been to one of the many other massage places in town, I ended up injured by a “massage professional.” Don’t hesitate to book with Zabai if you’re looking for a legit Thai massage experience.

I love this beautiful quaint place. I felt so welcomed with the tea and foot wash, and the desserts served after. Masseur Phai was skilled and asked about where I felt pain in my body and was conscious of checking in on me every now and then. Her traditional Thai massage is the best I have ever had in Thailand. Receptionist Jay is also friendly! Procedures are hygienic and prices are unbeatable for their level of service.

Honestly the best massage I’ve had in Thailand. The staff really go above and beyond to make it a lovely experience. I got the six step facial, the body scrub and the oil massage package deal for a really affordable price, and I left feeling wonderful. Would definitely come again!

Back here after 5 years.... I am definitely not disappointed....I was here with my parents and partner for 2hr massage. My dad and partner tried original Thai, my mum did East meets West while I had Nirvana. It was truly Nirvana....the warm scrub following by the warm oil massage was sublime. Dom my therapist know where exactly my pressure point and knots were and loosen them. I felt much lighter n well scrubbed when I walked out. My mum who is terrified of massage waa full of praises of her therapist. Her sore arm was well taken care of. My dad never does body massage came out like he was 5 years younger.. thanks you guys ...the welcome drink of rosehip as well as post message fruit and ginger pandan honey tea was perfect! I went hiking this morning in national park but slightly sprained my ankle unfortunately. When I arrive Zabai, it swollen like an egg. The masseur, Dang, helped me to find the related leg muscles and keep relax them. Finally, the “egg” is gone, so amazing!!!! Dang’s massaging skills are good and she is nice and caring, will ask if you feeling good. Her English is good too, easy to communicate!
Also, all staffs here are kind and helping, environment is clean. Love the night so much, hope I will be back soon!
