Leur Casalong Restaurant and Coffee

I've been in Thailand for nearly 3 weeks, and this restaurant has been sitting right next to the apartment my girlfriend lives in, yet, tonight is the first I tried it. First off, for as cozy as their set up is, I was surprised at how good the prices on the menu were. We ordered a salad, I ordered fried noodles and pork (not sure the exact name on the menu offhand, and my girlfriend ordered ma ma fried noodle (not from the menu). The food was absolutely delicious, I hope to have a chance to eat here again this trip. Even better was the service we received. We asked for water for our drinks, and when the glasses filled with ice were brought out, we asked for no ice after the fact due to both of us having a cold. Shortly after she brought glasses without ice, she came out with a complimentary tea, due to both of us being sick. When all was said and done, our entire meal only came to about 200 baht, although I went ahead and gave enough to cover the tea, as it was completely unexpected, but hit the spot so perfectly. This place is most definitely worth a shot if you're looking for a delicious meal, with both Thai and western options.

Delicious food at low prices with wonderful people on a mostly quiet side street. Rice served is half tasty white rice, half red rice. Penang curry was very tasty, same for pork with kale. And good coffee. Leur Casalong is on my list of neighbor favorites. I expect to return here often.

They serve western and Thai food, I tried the sliced pork salad which was good although the portion was a little small. Staff are very welcoming and friendly with both indoor and outdoor seating available. You’ll pay about 80 baht for a Thai dish. #BeatTheGrind

Très très bon rapport qualité prix, une assiette bien garnie pour 45 baht. Wow. Personnel très aimable et attentionné envers ses clients. Bonne ambiance (avec petite musique de piano)

Très bon et vraiment pas cher, 40b le pad thaï ! Le service est rapide et le personnel adorable ! Et Betty est un amour de chien !
