What a great hidden gem in Hang Dong. Stopped in for the first time, and had a late breakfast. Vast menu with so many great options available for everyone. The atmosphere and staff are top notch. So welcoming and relaxing. Had the avacado and veggie omelette which comes with 2 small pancakes too. Wife had the bacon and egg sandwich with potatoes. Both dishes were so delicious and yummy. There is both seating inside and outside. We will be back to try more from this large menu. Highly recomnend if you are in the Hang Dong area and looking for some wonderful food and service!!! They also sell bagles and other baked goods.

Very extensive menu , took a minute plus to scroll thru and we couldn't decide what to eat. Western , Thai , Mexican ... U get everything here.

Wife had kuakai , a garlicky stir fried rice noodle with chicken. Closest Malaysian dish would be char kuay teow without the black sauce. Probably the best we had so far. Noodles not sticking together and just enough oil. Chicken well marinated so the dish was flavourful throughout.

I had Taco Salad with grilled chicken. The Mexican rice is so good and tasty . Guac , sour cream and salsa all well made. Grilled chicken well marinated also. Very enjoyable meal.

Ice cappuccino is with milk froth so not creamy but a nice light iced coffee to enjoy.

Glad we came here today !

Very positive experience here--we have been living here for 1 years. We ate lunch at this restaurant for the first time--the menu is extensive so we ordered the red wine steak sandwich on homemade Foccacia and Thai
Krap Pow Pork. We were impressed at the quality of the food. Some reviewers may think at first glance prices are more expensive than the super cheap restaurants here in CM but one needs to keep in mind that when prices are more, especially with this restaurant the QUALITY IS WONDERFUL. Steak in the sandwich was good portion, home fries potatoes were home made, thai food was offered with a choice of brown or white jasmine rice. Food was super clean. Bathroom is super clean and well maintained. Service is friendly and they offer filtered water without charge. So really you are paying a little more for better quality, cleaner food and much cleaner restaurant. They also sell home made bagels, bread, crumpets, and Cinnamon buns.

Very nice settings, hidden (hence the name) away off the 108 Hangdong road.
I had the smoked salmon egg ben. Very good.
The menu is extensive with lots to choose from for all tastes.
Would recommend this place to breakfast lovers.

The food is exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend you try the enchiladas or the avocado bacon omelette. The coffee is not really anything worth commenting on, I’ve had better and I’ve had worse :)

I had not visited In a few years but I had always remembered it was a pretty good menu. So when I returned today I enjoyed my now most favorite meat lover omlette. The mix of meats well seasoned in such a chill place to eat. Really a place worth visiting! Kind staff, great food. I'm happy I came back to visit 😁😁

Really nice home-cooked comfort food! Lots of options to suit a variety of tastes including vegetarian options. They can also cater to your needs should you have any special requests. Possibly the friendliest staff in all of Chiang Mai! The garden provides a lovely relaxing setting!

Another little gem found. Was in need of coffee and did a quick search this place came up as the closest so went for coffee. Like most places. Doesn't look the same inside as out. Lovely place appropriate name chosen by the owners. Staff were really pleasant. Plenty of choice on the menu although didn't order food today will be back to try. Quick coffee and cake was all that was needed today. Those that did have food looked really nice and for the portion size. Worth a visit.

The food was quite fast and the waitress was very nice.
The food was absolutely delicious. I got the French Toast Set (sausage, bacon, eggs, and French toast). Cost 170 baht.
I've only tried their breakfasts but this place was great. Definitely give it a try.

This is one place I shall give 5 stars.
Nice and clean, inside seating not big, ard 18 people to 20 at max. There are outside seatings. Located in a residential area so you can expect local crowd, most of all peace and quiet.

There is quite a selection of dishes, ranging from local Thai, to western and even Mexican.
I ordered all these 3 types as you can see in the photos. Serving is huge for me, guess its a good size for westerners.

In short, if you can do pay a visit for a good varieties of food.

Lovely cafe with nice garden seats. Menu is huge with lots of options - anything from 150 baht to 300 baht for breakfast. Our food was tasty and the portion size generous.

No AC but shady garden with pleasing ponds. There is a vey wide variety of different cuisines, some with vegetarian options. We had Thai food which was good quality. Will try some of the others.

Hideaway is a wonderful place for breakfast and great for lunch. Their food is excellent quality & freshly made. I and my family have eaten here for years, enjoying their amazing breakfast varieties. (French toast is amazing & their homemade bagels, yummy) For others that are saying prices are high, they must not have eaten at other local quality restaurants?! Their breakfast includes coffee or tea, toast or muffin, jam and butter, entire set included in the pricing. Plus the atmosphere and staff are truly amazing. Highly recommended visiting their place and enjoying their delicious food!
