Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Try the khao soi. Some of the best in Chiang Mai.

Great little cosy restaurant serving both local food and western food. We had a group of 8 non-locals in total and we just told the chef to serve us what was their best dishes and man, they did not disappoint us at all. All of the food were good, from the curries to the pork dishes and even the chicken with garlic was so tender and succulent that it went so well with the fragrant white rice. Coupled with the food were also great drinks, from smoothies to the excellent Thai iced tea which wasn’t too sweet, overall the dining experience was great overall. If you are in Chiang Mai, do consider dropping by for a meal here at Rambutan Restaurant in the old town.

Good food and good drinks! Their watermelon smoothies are like no other. I really enjoyed their spring rolls. Such a cute little area too. Nice and quiet when we went. Affordable too!

My girlfriend & I went to here on April 23rd and both had a pasta dish (Bolognese & Carbonara) and we both loved it! Amazing food and a great garlic bread side dish. All good was freshly made.

The service was great too and friendly throughout. We highly recommend this amazing little restaurant!

This place is great! It felt like being in someone's home and them cooking for you. The kao soi and pad thai were so good and smoothies super fresh as well! Would definitely recommend!

We came here for dinner when every other place was closing. Despite being empty the host was quick to set up our table and bring us our order. Very nice thai food. The cat is super cute!

Very good food, including authentic Thai food and also some western food. The personel was friendly and the athmosphere was very cozy. The place is a bit hidden but definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant in a small, quiet lane. Pleasant, fast service. The dishes were tasty and hearty. Special mention for the big noodles! The juices were fresh and delicious. A restaurant we would recommend.

Was walking at that area and casually searching for a restaurant that serves both western and thai foods and found this cool place. Close to Wat Chedi Lunag and Tha Phae Gate, in fact middle of these two places. Nice outdoor seating. Food was really good. Their massaman curry was really yummy, if you are looking for a good massaman curry I would recommend to try Rambutan. Their sandwiches and salads were really fresh and delicious. Big shoutout to the cat, Siman, who was playing with us while we were eating 😃. Great food, great service, great atmosphere - what else do you need! Man i love Chiang Mai 😬

Good ambiance and food! It's a quiet place where you can take a rest after a long walk on Chiang Mai streets.

Literally after the massive Sunday night market we we were very hungry. Took a sharp left for a shortcut back to hotel and found this unassuming place. Great food and great music. Literally a place off the beaten track. Come and eat for yourself.. Luke & Germaine - UK

Rambutan Restaurant is a very charming restaurant in the heart of Chiang Mai, offering European and Thai dishes at VERY FAIR prices. Thanks again to the very lovely staff who made my lunch a very warm experience. Definitely will be coming here again ! Thank you Rambutan !

The Rambutan Restaurant is cozy restaurant in the center of the old town of Chiang Mai. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, the atmosphere is great and the owners are super nice. We went there twice for dinner during their soft opening. It turned out to be our favourite restaurant during our stay in Chiang Mai end of November 2019. I can strongly recommend green curry with chicken!

We wish you all the best and we promise to stop by the next time we are in Chiang Mai. And please take good care of your gate keepers… ;)

The food is great. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend stopping in for dinner.

Quality, with quantity.
The atmosphere is amazing. We're getting delicious food (best Thai food so far - Kai Soi), soft music in the background, and the lights. It doesn't take much to get to the point where the customer leaves with a smile on his face. The owner steps up to the challenge of satisfying the client.
