Great place to rent cheap I got an awesome room with a kitchen though, not a hotel if you rent a room here great kitchen bottom floor good location they have policies that keep renovation noise to a minimum. Do not book air BnB here, it's not a hotel, staff won't be here to check you in a lot of the time. Do live here great rooms available quiet location I love it.

I had a deluxe apartment in which i lived for 3 months and it was very nice. Everything was on point. The building was cool, electors, open air space, friendly staff downstairs at reception, a convenience store that is 24/7 .. the only need was when we had a burst pipe which flooded the apartment, as you can see in the picture above bit apart from that it's been an excellent 3 months. Excellent

Living here is perfect! It’s quiet, the people are respectful, there is a bistro downstairs with pretty good food. There is also a convenient type store downstairs by reception. Laundry service is a nice added feature- drop it in a bag on the second shelf with your room number on it and you get it back 24 hours later smelling fresh and folded! They rent out bicycles if you want a little exercise and to explore! Only cons would be a lack of pool and exercise room but other than that, they’ve got it all and it’s in a nice location. Only 10 min from the old city and close to hwy entrances.

I love this place! Clean, views from the rooms are amazing, and the have fresh fruit and veggie down in lobby. Long term and short term leases available as well as day by day. If your nearby looking for fresh produce stop here, great prices and open 24 hours!

Great place to live, several of my friends live in the building and all enjoy it. There is a restaurant and vegtable stall in the buildimg and the food is delicious. Ive only heard good things about this residence.

Great little spot! Close to everything but still tucked out of the way. Love the little veg and mini Mart in the lobby as well! Soo convenient!!
