It's just a cold but she wants to sell me all her medicine they have,When I turned down her recommendation and chose only two of them, I could see her disappointment from her face immediately.so she was very impatient when I ask her how many times and tablet should I take,she just threw me a pen 😅

Didn't even make an effort to inquire about two medicines I need on a regular basis.
I knew they would need to be ordered in, but no, not interested. "I'm a small shop. You need to go to the hospital." Boots had previously ordered in one of them for me, so not that difficult. I subsequently went to another pharmacy nearby, (Ya&You) where she happily looked up both medicines on her computer and ordered them. The first pharmacy is opposite my condo and, prior to running out of 6 months supply of both medicines, I shopped there for other things. She has lost my ongoing business.
