Beautiful hotel and grounds. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Loved the balcony. Really friendly and helpful staff (reception helped organise excursion to elegant sanctuary and transfer to airport). Large beautiful pool, which was great to cool off at the end of the day. Nice breakfast and nice simple cooking tips during lunchtime. Very good location for exploring old city. Saturday night market just a few minutes walk. Nice bar / restaurant opposite.

Great little boutique hotel! Small technical issue with the air conditioning unit in one of our room but service was impeccable. Love the pool though could do with more sun loungers. Great location as it is close to the main street where you can find shops and street stalls selling all sort of street foods every night!

We are staying here for 2 weeks and just love this hotel! It is in a beautiful setting with lovely grounds and very nice pool that is so refreshing to swim in. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They will book tours for you with pick up right from the hotel. The breakfast staff are delightful as is the breakfast buffet with different hot and cold dishes ever day. This is included with your room. They also have a different cooking class demonstration every day at 1pm. The housekeeping staff are very good as well. The location in the old city of Chiang Mai is perfect as well and lots of restaurants and sites to see are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The check in was smooth and easy. They have a good, well-priced breakfast with coffee and tea available until 2pm. The rooms were very nice and the hotel has an ancient temple motif that makes you feel like you’re in the jungle. Thanks to the employees for checking the room after I left. I forgot a charger and they brought it down before I left. Things like that on an international trip make all the difference.

Had a very pleasant stay there. The breakfast is also really good. The staff were very friendly. They even help you plan your day. A special mention about Smile, with whom we interacted the most. She had very good recommendations about places to visit and helped us in booking bus tickets to Chiang Rai. The place is located in a very good spot in the old town, where you can go to most of the places easily. The interior decors of the stay were so beautiful! Didn’t know they had their own terracotta factory until we went. Guess they’ll even take you to their factory for a day visit if you’re interested.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we felt like the staff truly cared about the hotel and making sure the guests have a great experience. The hotel style was super cool and seemed to fit into the old town vibe of Chiang Mai. Definitely would stay here again if given the chance. Room was great, pool was great (cold though), Breakfast was great.

Loved the terracotta facade and decor of this charming boutique hotel! Location was convenient and quiet, close to a local market and walking streets in the old town. The room was spacious and well appointed, and beds were comfortable—was so nice to have a terrace! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay! Coffee was great and we would definitely stay again!!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. The rooms are massive, the artwork in the rooms is amazing, the service from the staff was the best service I’ve ever had too. Very friendly, 24/7 at reception, even helped me with Grab takeaways that I ordered to the hotel. Offer you lots of advice and are so helpful, great service makes a big difference.

Stayed here for 5 nights in November and it is a lovely hotel. It is only around 7 years old, but feels like a well maintained hundred year old building. The staff are very friendly & helpful. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was very comfortable, with a balcony .The swimming pool is nice & clean and a delightful way to cool down. We payed £300 for the 5 nights, excluding breakfast. However, breakfast was available when required. There are plenty of places to sit & relax within the hotel. The hotel is well located and an easy walk to cafes, Wats and much more. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying here, partly because of the character of the hotel with its interesting Buddhist reliefs on the walls, beautiful gardens and pool area.
But the highlight was the staff who were so welcoming, professional and kind.
Thank you especially to Sam and Smiley, as well as others whose names I didn't catch, for such a wonderful stay.
You made all the difference and are stand outs in the hospitality industry.

Comfortable size and traditional beautiful style of the room with a comfy bed and well working air condition. Very attentive staff and free cooking class every day for thai delicacies. Breakfast could have more different fruits for selection otherwise is sufficient and they prepare different egg dishes according
to individual choice. Free tea and coffee all day and nespresso machine and kettle in the room. Quiet corner of the old town with easy access to good restaurants.

Thanks for Pang and Smile great hospitality during our stay in Aug 2023. The hotel looks like a historical museum and room inside is very comfortable. The staff there like Pang and Smile are very helpful such as they helped us dealing with agoda system issue, even they teach us how to cook Thai food with cook book and some ingredients. A great stay in this hotel.

A fabulous hotel, ultra polite staff, and a great location (a quiet corner of the old city, but only a few minutes walk or a short tuk-tuk ride from the busy areas).

Also, one of the few places doing soya milk coffees.

Strongly recommend it

I could not say enough about how much I loved staying at this hotel! They arranged pick up for us at a fairly reasonable price from the airport, and we had an amazing 4-night stay here.

Due to a clerical error on my part, my fiance and I were forced to book a double room for the first night, and then a room with two twin beds for the following 3 evenings of our stay. Upon arrival, Sam, the manager, was gracious enough to have reserved a double-bed room for us that was cancelled last minute and allowed us to switch over with zero hassle. The art within the hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was small but quiet and relaxing.

They also offered complimentary coffee every morning, as well as cold water and tea in the lobby throughout the day. The front-desk staff were incredibly helpful and amenable and assisted me in planning our early day trips with recommendations on where to go and how best to get there. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel, as the location was so close to the Chiang Mai gate which had a market that was open from early morning (6am) until late night (11pm or so).

The staff even went the extra mile as allowing us to have an additional bed in one of our rooms on the final night when a member of our group caught a cold and did not want to risk anyone else falling ill.

All in all, the hotel art, convenient location, amenities and staff cannot be beat, not to mention the agreeable cost per night!

Our stay in this hotel was fabulous ! Beautiful decor, nice room and refreshing pool (wich is never crowded). From the hotel, you can easily explore the city since it’s very well located (we appreciated the bikes at our disposal).
The staff was so so nice and friendly, they helped us plan and book ticket for activities.
Overall, nice experience there, I recommend.
