PloySiam Laundry are awesome. Told them I needed my laundry done more quickly as I was leaving to Laos the next day. They had it done in a few hours and delivered to my hotel. Clothes are clean and smell good. Highly recommend this service!

After an all-day tour, we were short with time for laundry service. I searched on Google maps and several came up. I read the reviews of PloySiam and the reviews were great. Being that it was 30 minutes before their closing time, I called to inquire if they could (1) have our laundry ready by the next day and (2) of they could do a courtesy pick up and drop off. They worked with me and picked up our laundry, cleaned and folded our laundry neatly, and double packaged it using their bag and our hotel laundry bags. They dropped it off at the time indicated. Our laundry is clean and smells immaculate! I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend PloySiam for your laundry needs.

Friendly staffs and good quality. Drop the clothes in the morning and it can be ready in 12 hours. 60 THB per kg, no minimum size requirement (or you can say 1 kg). The clothes are folded very well in a new plastic bag.

Excellent service! Kind, quick and efficient. I did two loads of laundry and they also did a fantastic job cleaning our shoes. Drop-off to our hotel was on-time and so helpful.

Quality of service was so good, I couldn’t say more. Clothes were totally dried and smelling fresh.

I specifically asked for our trekking jackets to be sun-dried (because of the material) and they did. Them being able to understand & follow instructions make happy customers!

We dropped off our clothes a few minutes before closing and they were delivered to our hotel the next day (no extra charge). Everything was ironed, neatly folded and sealed in a plastic bag. Would definitely recommend!

Really good laundry place and really nice workers , my favorite laundry place in Thailand so far . The clothes smell good and are very well folded and packed , for a very good price and in a short time.
They even do express laundry in 4 hours that cost a little bit more

WOW! That’s all my wife and I have to say about the service we received from PloySiam Laundry. We dropped our clothing and a pair of shoes at 11:00am. They were delivered folded and packaged back to our hotel by the time we got home at 5:30pm. My wife’s exact words were “if we had service like this in Canada I wouldn’t do laundry anymore!!” Everything smelt great and all items were returned.

To confirm my wife’s shoes in the photos were completely red due to the mud on our adventures. Again my wife commented saying she wanted to go back and ask how they got them so clean since she has tried cleaning them at home and had no success getting this white.

Highly recommend getting your close cleaned at this location, they charge by weight and are very reasonable in cost.

Excellent service, usually ready on the day or with an additional charge as express in 3 hours. Clothes are perfectly clean, without white or black lint, not too much softener like elsewhere, nicely folded, perfectly packaged. I can highly recommend the laundry service.

Excellent laundry service provided and cheap prices! Clothes came back clean, folded, and smelling great and well before the quoted ready time. They also hand delivered it to our hotel just down the street instead of us walking back to get them I cannot recommend them enough!

The price was 60 baht / kg. We dropped our laundry in the morning and they said they will finish by 7pm on the same day.

You only need to drop your laundry and write down your name on a note, it will then be attached to the your laundry. They don't give you a receipt/note to take with you. When the laundry's done, you only need to say your name and they will give you your washed clothes. Quick & easy.

We stopped in with a pile of laundry and a pair of shoes. They weighed everything in front of us and prices were listed on the wall. They had our laundry done the following day and were able to drop it off at our hotel which was nearby. All items were accounted for and everything smelled great and was wonderfully cleaned and folded!

Took my laundry yesterday and picked up this morning. The ladies did a great job. Well cleaned, neatly folded and cellophane wrapped. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! We dropped off our laundry before 11:00 a.m. and it was dropped off at our hotel by the time we returned in the evening.

We decided to choose this laundry shop because of the good reviews it has, and we are happy with their service. We brought our clothes to the shop and the price is 60baht per KG. There is a scale on the table so that you can see how heavy your clothes are. The staff weighed our clothes and told us the price and we can come to pick up around 6 or 7 pm. Since we planned to explore a little more of the city for the last night to stay here, we asked the owner if he could deliver our clothes to the hotel and he agreed. Around 7 that night, I called and asked if our laundry was delivered, and the owner promised to do that in 30 minutes. We were a little worried at that time because the shop closes at 8 pm and we were far away to go pick up by ourselves if they decided not to deliver. Plus we have an early flight to catch the next morning. Luckily, 20 minutes after 8pm, I called our hotel and happy to know that PolySiam delivered the laundry. The clothes were neatly folded and made in a parcel, sealed with tape, and delivered in a shopping bag. Very good experience.

Came here based on the reviews (and because my hotel asking for 24h to do the laundry). I was not disappointed.
For 60b /kg PloySiam cleaned and folded nicely our 5kg of laundry. They even delivered it to our hotel nearby in the evening, which was amazing.
Highly recommend if you are in Chiang Mai.

Having read good reviews and needing some laundry done while we got on with our activities we dropped off 4kg of laundry and a pair of trainers. Laundry was 60 baht/kg and trainers were 150 baht. Clothes were kindly delivered back to our hotel, clean dry and folded beautifully. Trainers almost like new! Very good service, would recommend.

So convenient and the service was great! We dropped our DIRTY laundry at the hotel receptionist in the morning and received the CLEAN clothes at the night. Everything was folded perfectly. This service made our travel experience so much better. Thanks!
