I have nothing bad to say. It’s an excellent training facility especially for a tourist who wants to get a few sessions in.

It’s very clean and modern. The furnishings and equipment are in excellent condition. It feels small but there are 4 floors. There is self controlled a/c in every room.

Pilates reformer, spin studio, large group class room with balcony and large mirrors and they offer complimentary coffee. Free lockers and Wi-Fi.

My training session took very long and the staff didn’t bother me. They were very friendly and chill.

I would absolutely train here again!

This is one of the best gyms we've visited and done personal training at. The trainers were so nice and knowledgeable and the staff were friendly and eager to help. The facilities were should and equipment was high-end and new. Overall, my wife and I had such a great experience. 👍👍

The staff are very friendly and the place overall is amazing. I come to the rpm classes and they sure do kick your butt! They are challenging in the best way and the leaders are very encouraging. Highly recommend coming here!

Aesthetic gymmm, lots of weight and cardio machine

Great gym. 200 THB day rate. Plenty of machines in good condition and full A/C. Cycle spin classes 4 times per week. Excellent.

I love this gym ! Weight lifting zone is a bit small and compact , but still one can get enough to keep himself in shape.

Very clean! New equipment and smells so good. Has actual cycles which was a nice touch haven’t seen that in Thailand personally. Also a beautiful aerobics room. Bathrooms were very nice! 200 baht for one day pass. Not bad.
