Nice gym with all the needed equipment. Does get a bit warm in there and can be busy at lunch time

Super reasonable price for decent working equipments, weights,... they have most of machines and also sell cold water, electrolytes, whey protein powder, Banans. friendly , helping staff as well. If I come back to Chiang mai this Gym would be my Choice

Only paid 40 baht for a 1 day pass! Worked out here when I was backpacking through Chiang Mai. Was more than sufficient for all my workout needs and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming.

it s great fitness, i usually go there everyday , the owner is friendly and helpful, people are good.. i recomment this place for anyone who loves exercise and healthy lovers ..... good luck ....

40 baht so you can't complain really. Its old and basic and a bit dangerous but its not a big corporate gym and fine for the odd workout.

Cheap gym that has everything you need for a workout. Retro machines that has stood the test of time.

Cheap but ancient

Shouldn’t really complain for 40bht entrance fee but all the equipment is pretty ancient. You can still get a decent workout in, it’s hot but there are fans. A good alternative if you’re trying to get to O2 gym from Chiang Mai square side and realise you can’t cross the main road!

When I arrived the staff was a bit rude. They did let me walk around although. Equipment is old school but adequate. I thought decent deal for 40baht. Wish staff was more welcoming.
