CNX Pole

CNX Pole is a wonderful place to learn pole dance in a friendly and supportive environment. Everyone you meet there, teachers and students, is so sweet and kind!
It's great as a workout to build strength and flexibility but it's also fun and artistic.
I made such a huge progress quickly and I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life.
Wish I found this studio years ago :-)

CNX Pole-what can I say? From months before I even arrived, I had messaged the studio to ask about classes and pole diameter, they responded quickly and so friendly. I had a good feeling already before I even came to Chiang Mai. Arriving at the studio, I saw how tall the ceilings and pole went up, all the mirrors and friendly people from all over the world. I took open pole and beginner pole so far; with plans to go back for pole flow. I had a great time in open pole getting to explore poses and conditioning I had worked on in classes back in the States. Then my first beginner class! I learned so much, achieved poses I hadn’t tried before and left bruised and proud of myself thanks to Anna’s amazing guidance! My second beginner class at was just this evening and it had sadly been a month since I was on a pole since my last class! It went so well though. This class was fuller with all six poles in use and even though all of us were at different levels, Anna handled it very well, challenging me again with technique corrections, pushing me to try again, and try new things, as she gave the same to all of us. She’s awesome. Come try it out and have a great time with supportive and fun people. All good vibes. Till next time!

Lovely pole studio. I was particularly impressed with the teacher teaching very different levels in one class with ease. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here!

For first-timers, note the studio is on the top floor of the night market. It can be a little confusing!

Ahhhhmazing place! Incredible teachers! I started pole dance classes in Dec 2021, about 2 months ago. I can barely believe the progress I've made. Under the excellent tutelage of Vikky & Suki, I've increased my core strength, flexibility, and developed a more positive relationship with my body. At 43 years old, I'm in better shape than I was 10 years ago, thanks to pole. I never in a million years thought I'd love it this much or even be capable of some of the moves I can now perform after just 2 months of training.

Both Vikky and Suki provide the technique, freedom to explore, support, safety, positive atmosphere, and most importantly, the encouragement that has contributed to my love for this sport and influenced my progress. Honestly, I haven't loved any exercise/dance/sport class as much as I love pole dancing at CNX Pole. They have varied beginner levels to help build confidence and technique. With 4 poles to a class, there is plenty of room to explore moves safely and a perfect amount of teacher guidance.

Ice was such a great teacher! I went to a beginners class and she was really attentive and patient and took the time to explain parts I didn’t get even tho it was a full class. Great studio, bright spacious with AC. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice surprise to find a pole fitness studio in Chiang Mai.
Has 5 poles and a lot of space around them so the participants don't bother each other.

After 6 months of pole dancing at CNX, I can sincerely give you my opinion. To be honest, I'm really happy to have discovered pole dance with Lily and Vikky (teachers).

Lily and Vikky are constantly trying to make you evolve serenely and with confidence. The classes always take place in a good mood. They are flexible and deeply caring. Ask Lily for a choreography and some sexy moves (or not). Ask Vikky to make you evolve technically.

They gave me the love of pole dancing and the chance to perform in front of an audience, after only 5 months of pole dancing. Thanks to them for their trust.

Suki is the best teacher I have ever had. She is kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and keeps class fun while still being productive. Her pole class was one of my favorite experiences in Chiang Mai!

My wife and I did the open pole event on 9 November, 2019. It was from 1pm-4pm and was an absolutely amazing experience! As a man, going to a pole class was actually quite fun! Especially with my best friend (wife). The instructors made the environment super fun, interactive and we went at our own pace. What I loved a lot about CNX Pole’s instructors was that not only were they super friendly and supportive, but extremely big on safety.

We started with a good warm up and stretching session, maybe lasting about 15 minutes max. Throughout the duration of the class, they gave tips and guidelines to follow for techniques/moves. Quick example. Bottom hand for grip on one technique, make sure the index finger is pointed down, to avoid injury to the wrist.

Overall, 5 stars due to the clean, fun, highly-energetic environment and A+ grade instructors. Not once did my wife (6 months pole experience) and I (no pole experience) feel uncomfortable, discriminated against, belittled or worried about anything else.

Great idea to visit for touristing polerinas. Very friendly staff, had a great time there.

Favorite place in Chiang mai

The only place to learn proper pole dancing. The teachers are professional and supportive. This is the place where you get to feel strong and beautiful!
