Maximum Sound Chiangmai

Bought an inexpensive classical guitar and they threw in a bag for free. I upgraded the strings and they willingly changed them for me as well. Might not greet you with big smiles as Asians are shy but definitely an honest shop.

I bought a harmonica at this store
They had good brands and the service was good.
The harmonica was sealed and new. Other shops try to sell tou used ones pretending its new.
The price was a bit cheaper than other shops.

This place is amazing. They have very high quality products and excellent customer service. I got the most wonderful sounding mini amp here and a glorious ukulele. I'm so thankful for the excellent customer service they gave to make my experience easy and pleasant.

Really good quality equipment is available here. The person who I think was the owner spoke excellent English and was helpful & informative. They didn't have what I wanted but ordered it in for me via a text message. So overall a 5 star rating from my limited experience so far. I will go back here.

Bought a small travel guitar here. Staff very helpful and spoke English. They don't mind you trying out guitars, although it seems fairly common in South East Asia that they will sit there and watch you to make sure you don't break anything. Also, you're not allowed to use a plectrum.

Anyway, great service, and they threw in a free set of strings and a soft case for no extra cost, which was good of them.

The owner talks really good english, they have lots of things and I even found a "travel" guitar which is a baby electric guitar. I bought also a plug in amp that works with headphones. Great. Good prices, kind.

Very helpful sale clark. Lots of quality stuffs at the lower price than the department store shop. I bought my dslr mic about 700฿ cheaper. They even let me try every mic they have out of the box.

Good all-round music store for percussion, amps, guitars, etc. Not high end (which is good for the budget), I saw up to about 10,000 baht guitars, didn't see any in the 20,000 to 30,000 baht range.
