Sleep Mai? Tha Phae Chiang Mai

I’ve been traveling and working at the same time. This hotel’s so perfect in both phases for me. I did sleep well with the comfortable king size bed and also enjoyed working anywhere in the room and lobby areas, there are plenty of sockets that i can charge my laptop and iPad while using.

I’m so grateful that they have the air purifier at the public area.

And of course, the staff’s pretty nice, friendly, and helpful!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sleep Mai! It had all of the amenities I was looking for as a solo traveler on an extended stay. Free breakfast buffet, pool, fridge and safe in the room, clean and in a great location. They also left two new bottled waters in the fridge every day after cleaning the room, which I very much appreciated!

The hotel is a short walk from Thapae Gate so you have easy access to the Old City and Sunday Night Market but can escape the crowds and noise at the end of the day since the hotel is on a quiet side street. The staff was very friendly and helpful and booked transportation for me during my stay and sent my laundry out for me (a little overpriced but I didn’t mind because of how convenient it was). I would recommend Sleep Mai to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!

The staff and manager are really exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. The location is great and the breakfast is really satisfying. The kitchen staff go the extra mile to get the breakfast ready and delicious.

Wonderful service, staffs are really kind and friendly. Nice locaton near to Thapae gate and city. Room are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with some small variety everyay. Definately com back again.

There are friendly and friendly staffs. There is no unfriendly staff. The hotel is also clean. The swimming pool is small but big enough for children. Their care impressed me. I look forward to visiting again. Thanks to you, I am doing well with my baby. thank you ♡

Overall is good, nice place near taepae gate and the staff super friendly and great service here. The room was clean and the breakfast was good too! I would stay here again next time when I come to ChiangMai!

Everything including service, breakfast and rooms are good. Near to a few attractions and walkable to the Saturday and Sunday markets.

Maybe the only minus point is the narrow, few parking spaces in front of the hotel but that’s fine. They have staff who will guide you on parking and cctv next to it.

Oh what a delightful stay I had. The staff HANDLED me pretty well. Always ready to please and friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff! The room is clean and size is good. We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is good. Hotel offers free coffee by an automatic coffee machine. We usually enjoy a cup of coffee before going out. When you Grab or Bolt car, be aware that there is 2 Sleep Mai hotels. One is more close to airport. This one is next to the old city.

Amazing place!! It is clean and comfortable—air conditioner (AC) works great in the room, no bugs or mosquitoes at all, nice bed and shower. Great location and very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a practical place to stay in Chiang Mai with decent amenities (pool, gym, etc.) that is clean and comfortable, this is it!

I did not stay in the hotel, but with my personal issue, the staff was truly friendly and effectively in assisting me to sort it out; tremendously appreciate the help from the staff; strongly recommend people to stay in here!

It's located at a walkable distance from all attractions especially sunday, Saturday market,temples,spa restaurants and is in a quiet alley visible from the main road. Everything you need like pharmacy, grocery bike rental are all just in a few steps. Rooms are clean, service is prompt and friendly especially they allowed me an early check-in with no fee. Even if you are solo or famile it's a great place to stay
The only cons is that it's a non Stop zone in the main road and the other road that comes to the hotel is narrow. The hotel has limited parking so if they had some parking lot for the guests it would've been nice

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in the king bed room and balcony room.
Both r super clean n have superb layout and many powerpoints for charging, huge dressing table👍. Bed and pillows comparable to a 5⭐ hotel. They even have hair dryer, umbrella n emergency torchlight in the room. Bathroom with 3 big bottles of bodywash,shampoo n conditioner.
Cosy lobby with many tables to chill with friends, nice grocery corner, small gym with free weights and a cute small pool good enough for a dip. Beautiful lobby with friendly staff.
Quiet at night.
Only downside is no restaurant in the hotel except kitchen for breakfast, but I guess is due to space constraint.
No problem at all, just order Grabfood, is cheap n u can have ur meal at the cosy lobby.
Really can't find any fault with Sleepmai Tha Phae.
Give maximum ⭐ and shout out to the owners for designing such a perfect hotel with this amount of land space👍

Absolutely stunning hotel.

Never experienced that much comfort before - ever.

The difference is: the absolute accumulation of all important details:

Proximity to the city, perfect tidiness, modernity, amazing English speaking staff, awesome food quality and choice, nice fitness corner, clean swimming pool, laundry service, ACs which really WORK, and not only work, but work CALMLY and without freezing the room completely, the working desk in the room and the co-working space in the lobby... I could continue.

It's just p-e-r-f-e-c-t.

10/10 Especially the staffs here. They are very helpful. I forgot to hang the cleaning sign, so I didn't change the new towel. But you can call the staff, the staff is happy to serve you. I would like to compliment the staffs here for being super friendly. Especially the woman help us put the durian in the hotel refrigerator. (no durian policy) She smiles all the time and well prepared for help. Thank you very much. We’re happy to stayed here.

Great staff, clean rooms. Perfect for a solo traveler who needs peace and quiet (I was on the top floor). Easy walk to Sunday Walking Market, yummy restaurants, and plenty of massage spots nearby. 2 free bottles of water daily!

We switched to this hotel and we didn't regret our decision. We booked a two double room hotel with a door in between the two rooms for 3 people. Mine had a balcony with a beautiful view to the swimming pool. The breakfast was good for Chiang Mai circumstances. The hotel room was so clean everyday. We stayed in that hotel for 5 nights and we enjoyed every minute. Everyone was so kind and very friendly ☺

The location was great just 2-3 munutes walk from Thapae Gate and Old city. The room was clean and comfy bed. The staff were very kind, warm welcome and helpful. The breakfast was dilicious with varities and we love the free coffee provided for all day.

Expect the same quality and attention to detail as a 4* Marriott, Hyatt or Hilton. The staff was genuinely caring and helpful and the complementary services were very nice to have. This hotel has a nice and functional little gym where you can do a full dumbbell workout + outdoor pool. The room (with balcony) was very clean and comfortable, modern decor and fully equipped (fridge, TV, desk, a/c, hair drier, safe). After staying in 2 other hotels during my week in Chiang Mai with mixed experiences, I can highly recommend this hotel as a Comfortable, budget friendly, hassle free place to stay

The place was beyond expectation. Big and comfy bedroom. The bathroom was well hygiene and properly functioned. Another good thing is its location where it surrounded by tourist spot and quite easy to go around the city.

Food service was exellent aling with friendly and helpfull staff. MOST RECOMMENDED!
