Our room was exactly what we saw in the photos on Expedia. There was no catfishing with the rooms. Service is great and it’s very central in Chiang Mai. Best stay we had in Chiang Mai was at this location. Beds are very hard but surprisingly, we had the most comfortable best sleeps here.

We have stayed 3 nights and the family running the business is charming.
The rooms are very clean and spaceful.
The service is excellent, they are very attentive.
The hotel is in the city center, very well located.
It has been a wonderful stay, for sure next time we visit Chiang Mai we will come again!
Highly recommended.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Old Town in Chiang Mai. Room was spacious and clean. No elevator but the stairs were easy to get up even with luggage for my 70-something mother in law. The staff were kind and attentive without being intrusive. I loved this place, favorite stay of the visit

I showed up hoping to see the room before I booked it and gratefully they had one available! The place feels like home away from home and there is a nice breakfast selection. I enjoyed trying the traditional Thai breakfast each morning. They can also assist in booking tours. The boutique is within walking distance of a few of the night and Sunday markets. You really can’t go wrong with this cute hotel and welcoming family owners.

What a wonderful experience we had! Breakfast everyday was delicious. The ice cream even more amazing! We started in one of the loft rooms on the 3rd floor. The owners were always very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was clean and large enough for 3 adults and 1 teen. A few blocks from the Sat night market, 1 block from the Sun market, walking distance to Wat's, and many restaurants and shopping close by. We've been in SE Asia for 2 weeks, this was by far out favorite place we stayed!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very friendly and very cosy place. The rooms are good, the three bed room for three persons with all the luggage a little bit to small. I would recommend two rooms if your are travelling with a lot of luggage (backpacks).
The hotel is close to the temple and a good location to explore the old city of Chiang Mai.
The breakfast is an Thai style breakfast. And they explain you the dishes.
Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is simple but clean and spacious. Staff was really friendly. They let us store our bags for a day 2 days after we checked out. There is no free breakfast but they provide a breakfast snack bar. The location was fantastic for easy access to major sites in old town. Be aware there is no elevator.

Great accommodation for the price. It appears to be a family owned little hotel. The owners were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice and there’s a small breakfast included which was a nice bonus. The ice cream shop attached to the hotel is amazing. Would book again!

I stayed at namamema during loy krathong festival, so Chiang Mai was super crowded ! And here's my experience,

Pro,
1. This hotel very near to the 7eleven and famous tourist spot like Sunday night market, Wat Phan Tao, Wat Chedi Luang and etc (not more than 5 minutes walk)
2. Quiet & clean rooms + comfortable bed, get to rest peacefully
3. Have small safe in the room!
4. Delicious local breakfast provided, although limited selection, but all taste good!
5. Good host, willing to take extra step to serve the guest, prepare breakfast for me to take away because I need to check out really early in the morning to catch my flight
6. Professional host, able to communicate well in English
7. Able to rent motorcycle through this hotel (although I wasn't able to rent one because out of stock)
8. Reasonable security over the premise, required key card to access the premise

Con,
1. Not much local restaurant nearby (I personally prefer to eat authentic local food rather than westernized food)

Very kind owner and proprietors made our stay here extremely enjoyable. Very well positioned in old city. Convenient to everything. Fun coffee shop next door, but Do Not Miss the Breakfast at the Hotel

They have a little side restaurant where they serve mango and cococut sea salt ice cream. They make a bunch of dessert options based off of that. All are vegan except one sundae with honey. The mango paradise is soo good. Highly recommend coming here!

We ate ice cream here and it was delicious! The owners, a nice older couple, were very kind and cute and we had a little chat while eating the salted caramel ice cream.

We selected this hotel in Chiang Mai because of great reviews, and I must say that we were not disappointed.

Of course, a convenient location is always improvement to us when we select a hotel, and the most attractions in the city are in the walking distance from the hotel including the Night Bazar. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

It's a nice small family run boutique hotel where the owner and the family members pays attention to the guest like their own family members. They are always eager to please their guest. They catered to every request we made, and were very patient and helpful in answering all our queries. Very kind owners who really cares for their business and guests.

We received an email from hotel that the hotel didn't offer full breakfast, but only Thai snack and coffee in the breakfast. However, what the hotel offered in breakfast was adequate as it included toast, pastry, fresh fruit, some Thai snack and tea as well as coffee in a nice little cozy backyard.

Finally, the room was clean and cozy, and well furnished with a very good shower, and plenty of drinking water unlike other hotels offering only two bottles per day.

I loved this place. It's cosy, very near the temple (100mts). You can choose whether breakfast is included or not. The personal there is very very friendly 😍

Nice clean rooms which are well situated on the old city. Easy to do a walking tour from the hotel or catch a red truck to go into the park. Nice breakfast too!
