Double Tree House in Chiang Mai

Great place if you are looking for a place to stay. Very original design. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail. The owner of the hotel treats everyone like guests. We lived here for one month and were very satisfied. it was the most welcoming place we have ever stayed. Highly recommend to visit.

This sentence was hung in front of this guesthouse, located in Wat Gate area near Tha Pae Gate. The owner is Korean named Jinny living in Chiang Mai for more than 10 years.

🚲 I stayed here for almost a week and felt this place is full with love, attention and caring. I feel comfortable, related and chilled as I'm staying at my home. 🏡👩

⭐ The house, the room and all furniture are well designed and nice.
⭐ Common area is wide for you to do any activities.
⭐ Some morning, Jinny treated us with yummy Kimbub or Dokpokki, the Korean dishes.
⭐ There's also the rooftop balcony for you to chill if you want to.
⭐ 2 water bottles per day, towel, extra plugs, hair dryer, tea and coffee are provided.
⭐ There are around 10 rooms in this house that suit different numbers of guests with shared or included toilets, you can directly contact Jinny via Facebook Page for special price.

🥰 Jinny has done well with her job so I can say that everything in "Double Tree House is done with love" and yes "It is done well"

We stay there for 2 weeks as we were working nearby and this guesthouse is the perfect home away from home ! The building is great outside (the terrace, the garden...) and inside (the entrance, the living room...). Everything is perfectly maintained and excellent quality. The area is very quiet but also really near the main road to the schools and universities (Dara, Prince, Payap, SeeTefl...) so you can easily reach them with a very short walk. It's also really near the city and Ping river after a 10 min pleasant walk through Wat Ket temple... Definitely one of the best quiet place to stay in Chiang Mai ! Perfect ! Perfect ! Perfect !

a lovely place to stay when in Chiang Mai with a good location. The owner, Jinny, is so friendly and takes time for her guests. She gives good information and recommendations.

Friendly manager and owner. Great location in Chiang Mai for a low key or solo traveler. Breakfast was great as well. I would stay again. Only negative is the bathroom for room’s without a bathroom the shower looks like it isn’t cleaned regularly. A good scrubbing a other day would be ideal.

Very beautiful place, I stayed there for more then one month and enjoyed all time! What I like about this guest house:
-clean and cozy
-calm and silent
-the wooden floor everywhere, nice to be barefoot
-big roof with beautiful view for morning practice or sunset tea
-vary of rooms, perfect to stay with friends
-good location, just 5min drive to down town, big shopping mall, food markets and some art places.

Quiet place to rest in Chiang Mai, not too far from old city.
The lovely manager and staff will host you like a family in an atypical house.

Excellent guesthouse a little off the beaten path. Very walkable to the river front and cafe's and restaurants while at the same time remote enough to be quiet. Owner and staff are excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Only came visiting a friend staying here but I have to share this is a good address. Welcoming family house : on y est comme à la maison. It is a house, very good feeling <3 and my friend was very happy of his stay :)

한국인 사장님이 무척 친절합니다. 치앙마이에서 볼것,맛있는 음식,색다른 경험을 할 수 있도록 미소와 함께 알려주셔서 일주일 동안 숙박하면서 너무나 행복했습니다.
숙소 위치가 좋고 안전하며 맛집이 많고 주변 산책과 올드타운과 주말 마켓,센트럴 백화점등 이동하기에 아주 편리했고 동네가 조용해서 힐링 그 자체입니다.
매깜뻥,먼쨈,싼깜팽온천행 버스 타는 곳도 가깝습니다.
숙소 내부가 아름답고 사장님의 센스가 돋보이며 치앙마이 삶 속에 들어온 듯 아주 편안한 여행이었습니다.
문의사항에 대해선 빠른 답장이 왔고,룸 상태는 우리 부부가 지내는 동안 부족함 없이 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다.
치앙마이에 다시 여행을 온다면
더블 트리 하우스에서 한달 살기하면서 맘껏 누리고 싶습니다.

치앙마이 방문은 처음 이었으나.

올드타운은 물론 센트럴 치앙마이쇼핑센터에서도 5~10분 내외로 차량 이동 가능하며, 와로롯, 산파코이 등 인접 현지 시장은 도보 10분여 거리로 도심에 인접해 있었습니다

편안함과 여유로움이 느껴지는 정원과 주변환경, wifi는 물론 세탁, 주차도 편리하며 층별 공용시설은 여유롭고 불편함 없이 사용했습니다.

사장님과 직원들께서 종일 불편없이 챙겨 주십니다.
youtube에도 미공개된 가성비, 가심비 느껴지는 숨은 맛집, 알짜 명소도 잘 알려 주셨습니다.

Cool~ 하신 (여)사장님 성품과 배려에 여성분들도 안심하고 여러팀 묶고 계시더군요.

5성급 호텔 VIP룸 아니라면, 좁고 답답한 객실 보다는
고즈넉하고 여유로움속에 새소리 들으며 아침을 맞이하는 숙소에 너무 만족 했습니다.

여기 두번이나 올거라고 생각하지 못했는데 역시 후회없는 완벽한 선택이었습니다. 치앙마이가 처음인 같이 간 친구도 너무 만족스러워 해서 좋았어요 . 핑강주변으로 분위기좋은 식당과 커피숍들이 즐비합니다. 위치적으로도 도보 이동하기가 좋습니다. 조용하게 지내고 싶은 여자혼자 여행자에게 추천드립니다. 하루는 더블트리 하우스 안에서 조용히 혼자만의 시간을 가져보는 것도 좋아요 거실을 포함해서 사장님의 센스를 엿볼수있는 빈티지가 인테리어를 배경으로 사진 찍어도 예뻐요. 무엇보다 아침부터 화려한 조식 때문에 감동감동 🤗 이었어요. 모든 재료가 유기농으로 먹어보시면 아실꺼예요 . 한가지 아쉬운것은 주변이 조용하게 지내기 좋은대신 편의점이 멀어요 . 밖에 나가시고 들어오실때 장봐서 오시는 걸 추천드려요.
그 외 모든게 완벽한 저의 최애 숙소입니다.
