Definitely a clean and comfortable hotel to be in. Location isn’t too bad. While you’re in Chiangmai, reither rent a bike or car, or yse the e-bikes which is available through an app from china.

The hotel surpassed my expectations for a quick one-night stay in Chiang Mai. While the price may be higher for typical travelers, I thought it was well-priced given the Songkran festival. The front staff treated me so well and the location was superb for getting in and out. Even though it was not near the major street, which was a plus, it was less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest major shopping mall. Overall, I was impressed with the staff and breakfast offering at the hotel.

I was in Chiang Mai looking at various hotel options and as an Accor plus member this stood out because it’s in a good area (Nimman) and was reasonably priced for the quality. Before I booked Taro was great, organised to show me all the rooms so I could decide.

Once I decided to stay here and checked in Jelly was great! I received my room but I needed a room with space and sun to dry my Muay Thai clothes so she helped me change my room and made sure the next one was suitable.

I ended up in a deluxe room which is great for me, the rooms are clean and feel new. I have a terrace with chairs. The swimming pool is basic (no bar, not much space deck chairs) but is really good in the sense that it’s on the roof and gets sun all the time. The gym is basic too but has free weights up to 20kgs as well as a few machines.

I pretty happy with this as a 4 star hotel. I actually decided to stay another week!

Compact sized hotel with warm and cozy ambience to stay at night and go out in the morning. Location is good if you have your own car as it takes 200 meters to walk from the main street, and at the main street, there is no close-by convenience store. However, staying in hotel is super cozy with all day free coffee and tea, yummy food in restaurant and nice gym. Overall staffs were good and friendly, especially the restaurant staffs, the security guards and the bell boys ( I'm not mention front office staffs- they're polite, but not so friendly). Finally, the hotel is good and I wish to stay again next time visiting CNX. However, as I drive EV car, I wish the hotel provide the EV Charger or at least reasonable price of charging fee (the hotel charges THB100 per hour with your own charger device).

This hotel was in a great location, which was easy to access everything we needed whether it be shopping centres, food or entertainment. They offered a free shuttle in an out of town. Staff was super friendly and polite. The pricing was extremely reasonable and would definitely come back next time we are in Chiang Mai.

New hotel with a pretty convenient location. About 8 mins walk to a big shopping mall. Welcome drinks are nice and love their happy hour too. Plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom layout might be a little inconvenient if you’re staying with friends.

Our experience here at this accomadation has been nothing short of amazing. Rooms are organised and clean like 5 star resort. Resort is fairly centrally located and priced very well for rooms etc. The food at the in house restaurant Food exchange is incredible from the pizza to the wagyu burger and northern Thai style egg noodle with chicken benja curry will light your taste buds on fire, defitnetly one to try if you like abit of spice in your life. Defitnetly worth dinning in!!

Novotel Hotel is situated in a popular vicinity. Lots of food joints. Near to mall. Walking distance to amenities. However, the table and chair are small. Tight space to do your work.
It has a good breakfast spread.
Comfortable bed.
Overall, it is good!

Very nice Hotel. Great room and overall very good Service. The breakfast was very good with the Bonus that you can take it al fresco.
Close to Maya shopping mall and the Nimman Complex. We enjoyed our 4 night stay a lot. Thank you to the staff and Happy New Year.

Within just 5 minutes of waiting at the Food Exchange restaurant, Taro approached me with the good news that my room was ready. It wasn't merely about resolving the issue but the positive attitude and proactive approach he demonstrated in ensuring I had a comfortable space to rest after a long day.

Both Fluke and Taro's exceptional service has left a lasting impression, making my stays at Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub truly memorable. I appreciate their dedication and commend them for going above and beyond to create a positive guest experience.

Arrived late at night for check in but very pleasant experience served by Taro and Arm. Both wonderful gentlemen who assisted to process the Check in very smoothly and Arm provided excellent guidance to the nearby attractions and places of interest. Very professional and helpful gentleman. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chiangmai. Keep up the good work!

P.s only shortfall is location is a little away from the Main Street, especially when there are no lights along the street. It did felt scary to walk at night.

For the price, it’s a good hotel. Car park someone complained about, but that’s just not fair. It’s perfect and secure and undercover with guard. Very comfortable and clean and thoughtful fittings like sockets for USB and UK plugs. Nice staff. Convenient location. Walk easily to Nimman and Maya Mall. We extended our stay as for price it would be hard to find a better place in this location.

We were so glad to stay in this Novotel located in Niman area as its a perfect hotel and in the best location of Chiang Mai. The rooms are super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We will always try to stay at this hotel. The gym is perfect which is accessible 24hrs and its brand new like with qualtiy equipment. We loved it! Best value for money. We didnt try the food. The dry cleaning service was good but a little pricey. We missed the opportunity to use the pool as we only stayed 3 days on our first visit to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended.

Me and my friends go to stay there often. Good service staff. The only problem is that this time when checking in, the staff held our documents and then went to talk to other customers, making us wait a long time.

A superb and great hotel in Chiang Mai downtown. Strategically located in downtown and near to Maya Departmental Store. Room is comfy and comfortable bed & pillow. Room is modern design with open concept bathroom area. Staff are having great hospitality! Overall it is a great hotel and worth of money!

We stayed on 22 June and thought it was wonderful! They prepared a nice towel display with petals on our bed which was a great touch. It’s a very new hotel so everything is fresh and vibrant. It is located an easy walk from the Maya shopping centre which is a very modern centre. We ate at the restaurant tonight and the food was top quality. You can eat ‘floating’ on the water but the only downside is there are a lot of mosquitos. This is not the best located hotel if you want access to the old town but it is close to the newest shops and restaurants and it feels like an escape within Chiang Mai.

The bed is soft and firm. They decorate in modern style. Great service. They have only 4 levels with 2 elevators so it convenient for going up and down. If you have private car they have free packing space. They have free wifi which fast enough for movie streaming. The screen in the room is big. I guess 46 inch. Location is ok.

The Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub offers a great deal in terms of service. The personnel are wonderfully polite, efficient and clean. The rooms are cozy and filled with all the basic amenities, with an obviously experienced room service that keeps them neat and tidy. The pool is located on the top floor and, although the vistas are not as impressive as one would expect from a rooftop pool, you still get to enjoy the ominous mountaintops while cooling off.

The bar and aesthetic of it are just excellent, with an imaginative and modern design that is worth seeing and experiencing going in blind. My highest compliments to this locale, they really did an excellent job overall.
