I hired a car here. The model provided was the reserved model. Price was correct. The staff was very friendly during pick-up and return. The car had about 50k km’s done and had serious usage traces, but on a rental I actually prefer to at over a brand new one. On pick-up they noted down all the existing scratches and I made a video of the car to detail existing scratches. No discussion on the return which was done in few minutes. A good experience.

The meeting point and drop off point was Chiang Mai airport (near the taxi stand). I recommend you get in touch via WhatsApp, you'll receive clear information with pictures. We had a Nissan Almeira, 30k and it had a few scratches but it was really great and easy to drive. The staff was lovely, they exceeded our expectations. It was just perfect.

Good experience. The people are Chinese and offer a great service. Friendly, and affordable. The cars are pretty new (we had Toyota Corolla Altis). We had no problems whatsoever.

Another happy customer. We rented a Fortuner in Phuket and drop it off in Chiang Mai. Everything went smooth. The car was like new. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. All in all very good experience.

This is probably the best car rental company in Chiang Mai now. The cars are extremely new, and the service extremely good. The clientele are almost all Chinese who rent their cars via Zuzuche, a Chinese website.

Rented a car from yesaway from the airport. Everything was very easy and no problem whatsoever. The lady that met us with the car was very friendly. The car (Toyota Fortuner) was in very good condition.

必须五星好评！第一天到清迈忘了带信用卡，说不能支付押金。结果租车公司的小妹帮忙问了老板各种解决方案，最后因为要划掉借记卡里面的10000泰铢押金，其实我们已经答应了，但是他们好心的觉得不想让我们损失这么多，而没有同意让我们用借记卡付押金。然后小妹又帮我们联系了另外一家可以收现金押金的公司，又帮忙翻译又帮忙解释，解决了大问题。最后实在不好意思，想给些小费感谢一下，淳朴的清迈人民说没事，没有收小费。公司老板也是很好，竟然破例给我们退了订车费用。真的很感谢！会跟其他来清迈旅行的朋友推荐这家诚信经营的租车公司。

Vyzvednutí a vrácení auta mimo provozní dobu je velký problém. Auto mělo dost najeto, 85000km a bylo to znát.

Very lousy service. Rented a car with flat tyres. Spare tyres was punctured too, ownself need to go workshop to get it repaired. Called the customer service but keep giving excuses and non stop saying need to raise the issue up to management. After 2 months and multiple times calling them to get refund for the tyre we HAD to repair for them on our own account, they still keep saying still raising up the matter to management.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK, tyres are not maintained at all, flat and punctured flat tyres. Car is super dirty.
