Very responsive and professional company. They do door to door drop off and pick up. Car was very good quality and reliable for driving the mountain roads. No problems on the road and no worries about the deposit. They just held the number and the credit card was not charged upon return. They were even willing to accommodate when I messed up the reservation dates (I visited just before the high season for tourists).

Excellent car rental, very professional and friendly, great, well taken care of car. The girl spoke excellent English and was great to deal with. Rental came with limited liability insurance, liability was 5000 baht, which was the deposit, great value, glad I didn't need it :) but reassuring to have. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Nice people, great service. You can only Rent a car with insurance. We rented a car for 1 week and did the mae hong son loop (nice drive). We had a few small scratches from broken branches, but they didn't charge it.

Staff speaking good English, very good services, paid with CC without extra charge, deposit with CC slip also. Good car. Strongly recommended

Ich habe diese Firma schon mind. 6 x genutzt. Autos immer technisch einwandfrei, sauber und ohne jegliche Probleme. Junge Autos, aber nicht immer super-neu. Die Abwicklung von Zahlung und Papieren sowie die Übergaben im Hotel oder am Airport verliefen immer völlig reibungslos.
Wenn man als Ausländer ein Auto mietet, achten sie immer darauf, dass der jeweilige Mitarbeiter gutes Englisch spricht.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werden Northwheels immer wieder nutzen.

Top, je recommande vivement, ils sont très sérieux et c'est plus intéressant que d'aller chez de grandes marques. Ils viennent jusqu'à l'aéroport si besoin, ils ne vous demandent pas de payer quoi que ce soit à l'avance ( tout se passe sur le lieu d'arrivée, et la caution n'est que de 5000 bath.

Erg betrouwbaar , ik huur hier al meer dan 10 jaar mijn auto. Misschien niet altijd de allernieuwste, maar wel heel aardig personeel.

La personne de l'agence s'est déplacée jusqu'à notre hôtel, ce qui a été très pratique. Prix correct et assurance incluse.

Precio fijo y pactado, te piden pasaporte como fianza, cosa que no es legal, el coche en si muy bien y no parece que quieran sacarte ningún defecto
