Yes, this branch is busy, especially when all the other branches are closed. There is a nice lady at the door to help you. And a security guy. They wash your hands with alcohol. I was embarrassed because they read my number in English, rather than Thai. I didn't need this, but nice touch. They did exactly what I wanted in minutes and were very polite.

ล่าสุดเจอคนใส่โม่งคลุมหน้าเข้ามาทำธุรกรรม แต่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย และ พนักงานไม่มีใครสนใจเลยครับ อันตรายมากทำไมถึงไม่ระวังกันเลย นี่ถ้าเป็นธนาคารอื่นเค้าจะบอกให้ชายคนนั้นถอดโม่งเลยนะครับ ฝากด้วยนะครับ พนักงานปล่อยปะละเลย ถ้าเกิดอะไรขึ้นมามันจะไม่ทันการเอาครับ

Came here to pick up cash for RIA transfer because this is one of the ONLY banks that actually opens until 7:30pm. According to them, the RIA system is closed at 6:00pm (Firstly, I I don't think UNDERSTAND how an RIA transfer done with the option of a cash pick-up works. This is not a bank deposit. The transfer is instantaneous, and can't be CLOSED. But let's presume it does. Then, why would you CLOSE the system before the bank closes, not announce it, and your customer has to suffer cause of your stupidity?!? I took two taxis to get there FYI

I tried to explain this to them, but they were more interested interested in gossiping, and laughed at me, because they didn't UNDERSTAND English.

Excuse YOU, for YOUR ignorance and not being able to understand what is accepted as the international language of business. What exactly are you doing, working in the banking industry?!?

Oh right, none of the employees here should even be working here. I will file a nice little complaint to Thailand's tourist industry tomorrow.

On a fundamental level, it is humiliating for any country to have morons working in the banking industry, to have people complain about it, and then have it undermine the trust and perception that others have on the country.

I feel shame for the idiots working here. How do they not feel ashamed of themselves?!?
