Found this little gem walking by; great selection of food & great prices. We had a tuna sandwich, Bacon quiche, dark chocolate cookie, and a big Chang, all for 330 baht. Staff were friendly. We will return again.

Located in the heart of Chiang Mai, there's an excellent bakery and pastry shop. With a French owner at the helm, finding a seat can be challenging due to its popularity. The bustling atmosphere attests to the bakery's reputation, drawing patrons in for a delightful experience.

Decent price and cosy place. Prefer this mom & pop shop to those new hipsters place at Nimman area. :) Owner is an old French guy probably settle down here for quite a while. Every time I m in Chiangmai, I will go this place.
Egg Benedict. Quiche & Croissant is good. Coffee is ok, can be better. Can be quite difficult to get a seat due to its popularity.
Most food will run out by afternoon. So go there in the morning or lunch time.

Great French bakery. Not only the pastries and breads are great. Also the interior resembles an old European bakery. They have great baguettes in different sizes as well as macarons, madeleines and breads. The cakes look amazing. We bought a couple for the holidays. And apparently they were great (I didn’t try them but my friends did). Prices are reasonable. Much cheaper than in Bkk

We are lunch here and it was very tasty. The amount of choice they have is unreal. All the pastries are displayed so nicely and look amazing. Makes it very difficult to choose

A French gem! So happy we found this place. Out of our 5 days in Chiang Mai we’ve been here 5 times. The pastry was delicious. Especially the torsade was probably one of the best we’ve been eaten so far.
Also fair pricing. Big menu and a lot of options, but everything we tried so far had a good quality.
the service was rather restrained and struggled to clear the table. But we had this impression at most restaurants in Chiang Mai.
Would definitely come back!

I ate here for both breakfast and lunch and enjoyed both meals. I had the continental breakfast, the burger, as well as the bacon and egg sandwich. The breakfast meats served are of high quality, including the ham. This is something that can be difficult to find in this part of the world. My burger was served with too much dressing for my taste, but this was easily remedied by scraping some off. The burger bun and patty were very good. The breads and pastries are a highlight here. I've had the whole wheat bread, cookies, and the apple crumb. All were excellent and I look forward to trying more. Nice calm atmosphere with outside dining. Friendly service and a nice chat with the owner. Highly recommend if you have a taste for western food. You may need to come early if you want something specific as some of the delicious breads and pastries sell out.

Following recommendations, I visited this gorgeous little French bakery this morning and regretted never going before.

The service was welcoming and friendly, there was a huge selection of freshly baked treats in display at reasonable prices and a delectable menu.

I opted for the continental breakfast which at 170 baht including a freshly brewed coffee was great value. Perfectly fried eggs with a runny yolk, French bread to dip, ham off the bone, bacon and sausage.

I am now hooked and will be frequenting this place whenever I visit Chiang Mai.

You CANNOT find a better sandwich in CNX. NOWHERE! choose what homemade bread you like, tell them what you want in and they make in FRESH for you!! Then choose a beautiful cake to go with it IF you can - there are so many to choose from, so MANY! You are in for a feast.

I discovered this L’ Opéra French Bakery on the way to my temple and I was glad . They serves a selection of baked goods, including bread, pastries and cakes. These are all made using authentic recipes, in turn providing the best flavours. Furthermore, they prepare, sell and display all of their goods daily, to ensure freshness and quality. Don’t miss their Coconut Bavarois with Mango and Passion, Delice Du Chef, Caramelo, L’ éphémere Praliné (approximately 100 Baht per each one).

They also serve beer, wine, lattes and cappuccinos if you want them.

I guess most local don't realize that this place offers authentic french pâtisserie that bring you to France without boarding on plane !

The baguettes are very very FANTASTIC! Paris Brest, Tarte de Citron, Saint-Honoré you name it !

I personally think this is one of the best place for french hommade style patisserie in Chiang Mai.

When we came here initially it was closed for 4 days for maintenance. It is beside Anantara resort near River Ping. Once it was open it's a full house. There is range of pastry, cakes , giant cookies, macaron, meringue and gelato. Price is a bit steep but it is worth it.

I've only just found this place and will be using it a lot.

Bakery and pastries to die for. Very well cooked and presented, and they taste delicious.

An amazing variety on display considering the troubled covid times we're living in. Well done that bakery.

Excellent true French cafe and bakery. The owner Christophe and his team make, bake and serve high quality genuine French viennoserie, patisserie and cafe meals in a very welcoming and clean place. Prices are very reasonable and service quick and efficient with care and attention by the staff. Highly recommend and we went after arriving from a long flight and also had the pleasure to say bonjour to the talented pâtissier doing the mise en place. Well worth the visit and also enjoyment of true, authentic French food. Merci encore et a bientot, lIrandais🇮🇪🍀😉

1. Good cake, the texture and flavor are great, not too sweet.
2. The location is good too.
3. But maybe there are too many people today, the service is quite slow and when we sit down near to the table, waiting minutes, someone come to help clean the table.
