Mövenpick Suriwongse Hotel Chiang Mai

This is my first time arrange meeting here. The room is really nice with well designed and spacious. The food is nice. I like all the break snack they've prepared. Hope to visit again the near future. And the place is also in the middle of the night bazaar, if u like street food and night life, better try staying here for a night.

I stayed overnight before a flight back to the US. It was a bit harder to get into, but the location is excellent for walking around and doing things at night. Plenty of restaurants were nearby, and it is centered in the heart of the infamous Chiang Mai's Night Bazaar. The front staff were very professional and courteous. While the hotel may be a bit older, the room was clean and spacious. The suite I stayed in is suitable for a family of 3 easily.

Location of this hotel was great for the night markets right out front your door.
Rooms were very clean and service was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or near Chang Mai.
I highly recommend Bow and gift. They work in the restaurant. And for outside at the pool bar, I highly recommend thom and bird they were wonderful. If you ever travel to this hotel, please reach out to them.

I going to stay here for 10 nights but so far the services from this hotel is very good. From room service to front desk and restaurant. Communication is not an issue. I suffered food poisoning from consumption of food outside. The hotel reception was very eager to help and managed to recommend us to go to an appropriate hospital for treatment rather than nearby clinic. Had stayed here before back in Nov 2019. Good recommendation from my travel agent. Special mention to Khun Earn and team at the restaurant. Their service is very delightful. Credos!

I stayed in suite room. Beautiful and great accessibility to nearby amenities like the night bazaar & bars.

Breakfast is also great but wish have a bit more varieties. But nonetheless, an excellent services by the waitress named BOW, go beyond expectations to make feel me comfortable and have an enjoyable breakfast experience.

This hotel was a great stay! The service is incredible. The hotel room bathroom and sheets were a bit dirty when we first arrived but after telling the front desk they immediately had someone come and refresh the room. We had a last minute booking so still super impressed with how they were able to accommodate us so well. The location is also perfect. It is right on the corner of the chaing mai night bazaar. Lots of great food and halal food walking distance near by. Would definitely stay here again.

All front and desk staffs and managers of hotel are very helpful and friendly. Provide excellent personal services and help especially Ms Tom and Ms Nuchy beautiful, helpful and friendly to guide hotel guests even though after their working time. Friendly staffs of hotel makes us very happy and comfortable. I will recommend the hotel fully and will stay again if coming to Chiang Mai.🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍

So I’ve been staying at Movinpick around Thailand because I’ve seen a certain standard that is admirable and let me tell you the staff are always of class it’s amazing. Thank you for the amazing stay. I came here because I missed my flight and stayed two nights and the staff made me laugh and put a smile on my face even thou I was tired after along day. Thank you for being so kind and sweet. Amazing rooms and super comfy beds 🙏❤

There are a variety of food and drinks that are so delicious, you'll be full until lunch or possibly dinner. The service is great with friendly staff and fast chefs. Thank you to the staff, servers (like Bow), and chefs. 5 stars all the way.

I am still staying at such amazing Hotel and extended my stay becuse I found out what such wonderful staff; from the Reception Team to loppy bar to house cleaning staff who clean my room each day.and also the staff at hotel entrance who greet you with smile and hi..I really do love it. Well done and please continue such amazing thing.

Have stayed multiple times.Rooms are okay but needs some renovation (especially gym and pool area), hotel always clean.Especially in the breakfast hall manager Tuk and his team was very kind and helpful. Always smiling, bringing coffees etc. Breakfast are okay but sometimes very crowded.

We going for dinner and once get in to the hotel , We met Gikey and he is super helpful, good first impression and good language skill. Be gentle with us and answer all of the question that really informative. Super greatful for a good encounter.

Perfect location in a very clean and beautiful city.
Hotel provides a great breakfast choice, nice pool to escape the afternoon heat.

Thanks for hotel management to organize the place outside the hotel for most fun celebration of Songkran. Everything was perfect and food and drinks was not expensive for 4* hotel.

Hotel is nearby night market and many place can be travel …. message shop, restaurant ….
