MO Rooms

I LOVE this hotel, I want to LIVE HERE… We have gotten used to ‘copy and paste’ hotel rooms, each one a carbon copy of the other, it’s so BORING… whereas Mo Rooms champions creativity and pushes boundaries. There’s imperfections but it just makes sense in a way, you can feel the creativity, the craftmanship and carefully selected materials. It is an inspiring place to walk around. I stayed in the Rabbit room for the first night and then the Snake room for the final 3 nights, the latter being my favourite :)

I was hesitant at first because of the varied reviews and I didn’t know if to just go somewhere ‘safe and bog standard’… if you want somewhere that is the same as everywhere else you go then don’t book here, if you want to be inspired then book it(!!!!)

The staff are SO friendly and it feels like a community when you stay here.

The pool is quite cold (in my opinion) and it doesn’t get much of the sun but you want to be out exploring rather than sitting in a pool, Chiang Mai is the best place to explore. The bar wasn’t open when I stayed here so can’t comment :)

Great location and the staff were so friendly! Room was gorgeous. The only downside I would say is the pool. It’s very very cold, to the point where we couldn’t get fully in even though it was 38 degrees outside. Apart from that this hotel is fabulous!

Next to Mo Rooms lies a wonderful travel agency with a super nice and helpful travel agent named Ning!
It was such a pleasure to sit with Ning, she was so nice and helped us plan a custom made trip exactly as we wanted it - she checked for us all the details and made sure we have all we need! AND checked with us after the trip to see how it went.

Wonderful experience, couldn't recommend more!

As for Mo Rooms - we haven't been to the rooms, but the restaurant is really good and the staff was very nice :)

Love the bar, great vibe with Aircon and loads of fun games to play. Can also sit on the balcony and watch over the street. Fair prices for drinks and food. Great central location. This is the 2nd time we've visited.

Best stay for our long trip in Chiangmai, Really nice helpful staffs and location really closed to centre with night market during NY. We got Tiger which is quite big enough, huge bed but not too soft as it's concrete underneath. They have restaurant and a bar upstair which is quite convenient. HIGHLY recommend!!

excellent hotel, quiet, atmospheric, I liked some originality when meeting with the hotel. I seemed to have plunged headlong into childhood when they played cubes. this hotel is in my heart forever

Great little boutique hotel with quirky individually styled rooms based in the Chinese zodiac.

We stayed in 'Snake' which was a mid-price room. Small, but decent enough size for a few days. The hotel has a small fun bar attached to it as well as a small reception/breakfast area and a small circular pool in the middle of the building (I never saw anybody use the pool during my stay).

The staff here were what made it a great stay - very helpful, extremely friendly and full of useful tips and advice.

Very cool space. Like living in an art exhibit. Tastefully done. Nice service. Could pay better attention to function. Light switches are in odd places. Outlets don't work if you're not in the room, so you can't charge anything. Towels kept far from bath. No step to the bathroom, so could be a fall hazard in the night. Overall, loved the place though

Very cool rooms and bar- restaurant. The staff are all so wonderful. You can also books tours here and listen to live music in the upstairs bar overlooking the street.

MO Rooms couldn't be in a more convenient place. It's within walking distance of almost everything. I was there during the lantern festival and we were basically in the festival itself. The best part is when you go back to your room the noise is actually minimal which is nice when it's time to sleep. The night market is down the street and for a foodie it was HEAVEN! Went here for dinner after having forgotten my camera bag in a red taxi. Noticed after ordering and had a panic about it. The staff were amazingly helpful and tracked the taxi driver down and a couple of them went to meet him to get my bag back. Super amazing service!

Food was great too and atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend this place.

We started 1st night at here in Rooster room and 2nd night in Dragon. For the deep of artistic addition of Art here is the best you’ll found Art and good combination of life. Let try your experience with MO room keep it in your heart and stay to start a new day. ;)
- Rooster is stay at 2nd floor can see the pool view from 2nd floor.
- Dragon I’d stay in front of Art Pool center of MO room.

Tasty Thai food. Large portion. Good price. Friendly staffs and cozy space. Indoor and small outdoor seats available.

The engineer of this hotel is a structural genius. You will love the amazing rooms. Chiang Mai itself is over run with both Chinese and Western tourists. Not cool. HOWEVER THE ELEPHANT CAMPS ARE SUPER COOL...PLEASE VISIT ONE THAT HAS TRUE ELEPHANT CONSERVATION AS ITS GOAL. If the plethora of tourists is making you crazy, treat yourself to a visit to the GUN RANGE. I sure felt better afterwards.

Extremely cool well-designed hotel! If you are not a guest here. You can also go grab a drink at this place. The location is good and the place is nicely decorated. It is quite private as well.

Very unique and gorgeous rooms, private pool and very very nice staff. Everything is very clean and comfortable.

Stopped in a few times just for drinks and food, really nice and friendly staff, Meemi was amazing.

Restaurant is the best in Chiang mai I found. Best food, best price, great staff. Happy hour is great value!
