Such a beautiful stay - a great way to end our stay here in Chiang Mai. Amazing pool, room, bathroom facilities. Restaurant has great food for dinner, and the staff are very friendly.

If you’re looking at this hotel - don’t hesitate and just book. Perfect location with easy access to markets, attractions, bars, transport AND it is a super quiet stay. Breakfast is delicious!

Its ideal location, ensured safety, extremely kind and helpful staff, affordable guided tours offered on-site, delicious American-style breakfast, and charming swimming pool make it an exceptional choice. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and is an excellent option for both business and leisure travelers.

:( : The room door does not have a peephole to see if someone is on the other side of the door. It is advisable to have a tip ready for the person who carries your luggage as soon as you arrive, as an employee will promptly take it to your room. The pool is completely deep, so it is recommended to bring floatation devices for children or those who are uncomfortable in the water.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They all communicate patiently as well which sometimes can be a challenge here in Thailand.

The rooms are cozy and clean. They’re eclectic in a good way. The AC worked great, which is super important in the hot weather.

The pool was lovely to hang out and meet other travelers.

The breakfast buffet was much better than others in our travels. Lots of different food to choose from and hot coffee.

The location is AMAZING! You’re in easy walking distance to a hundred coffee shops, local food, cultural centers, temples, and every imaginable type of bar.

Highly recommend staying in the Old City and At Chiang Main Hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Good value for money. Staff really helpful and friendly. Large clean rooms with shower and bath, hairdryer, fridge, balcony with seats. Nice safe area. walking distance to tourist streets with bars, restaurants, temples. Little gym. Great pool area to relax - could do with a few more lounge chairs perhaps, but was never a problem. Breakfast as expected in Asia - toast, eggs, noodles, rice. The coffee wasn't good, but there are great cafes close by. Laundry service returned clothes on same day. Food and drinks can be ordered from the restaurant which were really good. We did a trip arranged by the hotel to the highest point/waterfalls/pagodas/lunch which was well organised and fair priced. Had a great time. Would stay again.

Love this place. It's beautiful, quaint and comfortable. Best of all it's located in old Chiang Mia. Very walkable location

We enjoyed our stay here. Good size family room on the second floor with powerful air conditioning and a chill pool to hang out in. Staying in Old Town felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai during Songkram. Staff helped us find our tours or with general information. Breakfast buffet was basic but convenient.

Great value hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai old town.
Rooms are a good size,we requested a bath and got one as well as a shower.
Staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Breakfast buffet was a little bit limited but what was on offer was fresh.
Nice size swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers.
Will return to Chiang Mai for a longer stay and this hotel will be 1st on my list.

Loved our time here. Very quaint hotel with a lovely pool area, great breakfast options, great location and friendly, helpful staff. Quiet at night, comfy beds, everything you need. Recommended.

A very good hotel. Great welcoming. One more star for the nice person who took care of our luggage. Nice room. Great breakfast. The only flaw was the gap between the beds (to make one Big bed). I recommend this place ++

Just the cutest hotel in Chiang Mai. The furniture are vintage, the TV has Netflix, there's a delicious breakfast and location is right next to the bar area, but you cannot hear the music inside your room.

Below was my previous review and change to 5, because the staff and the room they give on my second trip. Already fixed smell issue, even though they didn’t notice my note. Well done 👍🏼

Room was setup as an traditional setup. Their service is great. It is located inside the old city and walking distance to many attractions sites. There is a mango and sticky rice shop outside dinning room and food is delicious.

Great place to stay in the middle of chiang mai old town. Close to restaurants, laundries, massages and post office. The staff are super friendly and helped book tours and organised with taxi pick-up for return to airport. The pool was clean and great to spend time at. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

This is a fantastic hotel located really well in the Old Town. The rooms are great, some on the top floor even have a view of the mountains. The staff a really friendly and it’s also a family and child friendly place. We felt very welcome. Recommended!

Nice hotel, good quality for this price. Good, big pool area, standard room, a lot to do in neightbourhood. I don't recommend restaurant.

Beautiful hotel and awesome service. Everyone is so nice and the place is completely relaxing, especially after a long day of exploring the city. The tub in our room comfortably fit two people. The place is gorgeous! Just be prepared to have it the map pulled up when getting a taxi or tuk tuk as most of them didn't know where it was.

I do recommend this hotel. It’s typical and charming Thai hotel. The rooms are really nice with a large bathroom. The restaurant is also nice with some attractive prices. The staff is helpful and happiness reflects through employees. You’ll enjoy a great journey in the center of Chang Mai city for an affordable price.

Hot for an afternoon swim, but the pool is perfect for morning and evenings.
