Very friendly staff, they all smile and try to help. Clean and nice green garden, best place to stay if you are in Chiang Mai, definitely go back. Highly recommended

Decent hotel located near nimman, it’s in an alley hence might not be convenient for walkers. I dont recommend getting the loft if youre staying long term it can get tiring going up and down.

I have a wonderful experience staying in Hype Park residence. I booked the loft room. ROOM are bright and modern the room. They even provide shuttle to main road or nimman while their staffs were quite friendly and helpful too.

I loved this place so much, I was sad to leave on my last day. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet. They really try to make you feel at home.

They also clean the room daily and refresh the snacks in the room and water. I was just expecting a bed, but it came with a couch living room area, a huge bathtub and waterfall shower with hose. There was a shuttle service that takes you from the hotel to the closer city and main roads.

I went on several tours in Chiang mai, and the hotel was a popular enough space that tour guides would come to the hotel directly for pick up.

Amazing hotel with amazing service! From the hotel doorman/driver, front desk, and breakfast staff. Breakfast came with my stay. The pool was lovely to cool down and take an awesome picture in! Shout out to Nong Toey for going above and beyond for me during breakfast both days! If you ever had her as a server please tip her kindly. She is such a sweet girl! Management should be proud to have her as an employee and I hope she gets promoted next time I go back to visit.

Great service and the rooms are very clean. The only thing is the location. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and can’t be beat for the price! The staff is insanely friendly and attentive. I’m he only real downside was the bed. It was hard as a rock and one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. If they invested in nicer beds there would be absolutely no flaws!

Our stay at Hyde Park Chiang Mai was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice, modern place and rooms. We did a few tours, and this hotel was always on the list for pickup spots, so it's well known. To the Chiang Mai square was about a 20-25 min walk, we felt safe walking around as well. If we didn't feel like walking, Grab was great too and there were plenty of drivers around. Highly recommend this place :)

My wife's and I recent stay at the Hyde Park Residence was heavenly. It is a modern, clean, safe and affordable hotel. The breakfasts were exceptional. The hotel is in a very convenient location to shopping and other location attractions. You can even wash your clothes at a nearby laundromat. The staff led by the Hotel Manager is the absolute best. Throughout our visit, the ENTIRE STAFF MADE MY WIFE AND I feel at home!!!

I booked this place based on other reviews and photos. It is immaculately clean. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The Thai food at the restaurant are delicious and the passion fruit soda is a must try, it is very refreshing.

Excellent stay at this hotel. We were treated very well and personally by the staff, they really care and are always ready to help. Amazing service. The hotel looks luxurious and it's quiet around the hotel itself. The rooms are super clean, with a pleasant bathroom and TV. Lots of daily refreshments too like water, tea, soaps, soda, and a toothbrush. In the mornings we got plenty of really tasty meals. I've seen people write in their reviews that the hotel isn't located in the right spot; but we used TukTuks and Grab taxi's (just install the Grab app, otherwise the staff will very attentively help you!) to get to the nicest places in Chiang Mai in no time. Amazing experience and I can't think of anything to complain about!

Very beautiful and clean hotel with excellent service. The gym leaves a bit to be desired, only having 1 cable machine, 1 bike, and 1 treadmill. However, a proper gym can be found around the city in close proximity.

Amazing hotel. Best I stayed at in all of Thailand. Genuine and great service! I was welcomed with tea and requested to sit and relax while my paperwork was being filled out. They then guided me to my room and showed me how everything works. So welcoming and the rooms were amazing! Even when I left in the middle of the day they would clean my room for me, so comfortable and amazing! I would rebook here easily. Location is a bit out of the way and they offer a shuttle to two stops, one at the end of the road to hitch a ride for yourself, saving you 2km of walking, or another to Neheman rd which was a good start to get more centered. All in all, even with a slight distance disadvantage I would absolutely recommend.

This is without doubt one of the best hotels that I have stayed in in Thailand. The levels of detailing on the decor throughout the hotel are superb. But it is the little touches that really make this hotel stand out. Free pickup from the airport in a comfortable air conditioned hotel vehicle and use of a free shuttle to the new and old towns.The standard of the rooms is excellent as is the gym and the pool. The most stand out feature of the hotel are it's staff. They are really superb, providing a really excellent level of service.
Some booking sites describe this hotel as three star, they have obviously not stayed there. This is a four star plus hotel. It also worth mentioning the hotel restaurant. Wow, the quality of the food and service is exceptional, better than a lot of the local restaurants. This hotel really is a gem, we will definitely visit again.

This is from 2017. We got rebooked to this hotel after booking elsewhere as they closed for Reno's. This hotel was much farther from the main area we wanted to stay in, but we could not be mad as the hotel was so beautiful. Beautiful pool, rooms, delicious breakfast. If you're good with the area I'd highly recommend! Was surprised to see its just a 3 star

Very pleasant and upscale hotel. The service is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. The view either on the golf course or on the mountains, here everyone must decide for themselves. The proximity to the airport does not really bother. I will come back against.

Excellent hotel conveniently located if you rented a car. Excellent breakfast and lovely rooms at down to earth prices.

Spacious room with all necessary equipments & facilities, minibar, water heater, hair dryer, air conditioner and boiler.
Room is modern decorated with beautiful view outside the room. Security alarm works well when detecting smoke. All staffs are kind and service minded. Will go back for sure.
