Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai

Don’t stay here if you have other options. Room is spacious , but the staffs in the recent are not friendly and did not offer help for luggage. The lights switches are hard to find and could not find the hair blower ( they did not blower in the shower room. There is no outlet in the shower room. Towels look old.

Hotel is beautifully designed. Great spot for individuals that are new to the area. Had the opportunity to take pictures of the sunrise while taking a walk around the old part of Chiang Mai!

Hotel is excellent - modern, comfortable, close to lots of amenities, local food stalls, plus a KFC and Pizza Hut just right outside. Laundrybar just a few minutes walk away along the main road. I am extremely particular about bathrooms and the modern-style bathroom here meets my standards. Very friendly staff are impeccable and always ready to help. Highly-recommended if you want to stay close by to the old city but in a local rather than a tourist-saturated spot.

Good hotel! Experience is positive! Staff are polite, helpful and nice! Grabfood khao soi, and they were willing to offer us cutleries.
The only downside we faced was that WiFi becomes unstable early in the morning (10+am).
Other than that hiccup, location is good, food is good, staff is good, hotel is clean.

Sadly I don't have any photos of the hotel and room to contribute to my review. I found the hotel staff to be an absolute delight, their helpfulness and courteous manner are a credit to their employers and made our stay so pleasurable. The room was very clean and tidy with modern fittings in the rooms. I am told that the hotel used to be a shopping mall which the developer has done an amazing job converting to a hotel. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with little to no noise pollution from the neighbouring guests. Local attractions are a short walk or tuk tuk ride away depending on your tastes. I spent only one night here, arriving reasonably late and hit the town for food so didn't check to see if room service was available. I did notice a KFC only a stone's throw away if you can't get away from Western style food as well as a bar across the street offering live music. To conclude, I definitely will stay at this hotel again and will update this review with photos once I have done so.

This is our 5th time staying at icon park! This time we came with 30 of my wife’s family and friends from the United States for our wedding in Thailand. Icon park staff was amazing from the check in process thru breakfast and all of our 6 day stay here. They made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The food is great and mesa and staff are just delightful. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, walking to so many things is easy. We would strongly recommend staying here and will definitely be back! Thank you icon park for everything! Always!!

Alright this is going to be a lengthy review but this place is worth it. So we stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful location. Very gorgeous hotel with the nicest staff. One of the managers even spoke to us for 40 minutes about what to do and see around here so nice and polite. We started off with getting a regular room however the shower kept flooding since it was not elevated. When we told the staff they apologized and quickly changed and upgraded our room to a bigger one. She even asked if we needed help packing haha. Anyways there is always some music going on outside until midnight so if you can’t sleep with noise I would double check before booking. However we really enjoyed the music and the songs! The breakfast here is really nice and u order it fresh. Other than that I would come back because of the people working here! So genuine, friendly and helpful!

Really worth the money. The room was spacious and clean with all things you can expect from a 4 star, at very inexpensive price! And the bed was great too!

I visited during the covid so the breakfast was not a full buffet line, however, all the dishes were freshly cooked and they all looked fabulous with great taste. I personally enjoyed the egg benedict and pancakes so very much. You should not miss the pancakes!

There was a little community mall in the front to pick up some food or night life. You can choose to stay in the back wing to avoid loud music.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy and quick check in. Rooms are large and well equipped.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Breakfast is simple but nice, had omelet, and some Thai dishes too. It's quieter if you stay on the North side of the building as the Good bar can be loud at night. The floors are squeaky in most footwear.

Icon Park Hotel is a wonderful new hotel located directly across the moat/old wall about 5 minute walk to North Gate of old city. The staff is very friendly and professional. They will make your stay feel welcome and help you with any needs. You'll experience 4 or 5 star treatment at very affordable hotel prices. It's one of the best new hotels in Chiang Mai with respect to value and price. Within 5 minute walk, you'll find the best street food stalls, a few very good bars and restaurants, lots of shops to meet your travel needs, and plenty of live music choices nearby for evening entertainment. The hotel is tucked back away from the main street so it's very quiet. In short, it's a great location, great staff, spotless and spacious rooms. I will recommend Icon Park Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

We had an excellent stay here! Hotel seems brand new, so much so that there was still remodeling going on and rooms weren't even decorated yet, but this did not cause any issues during our stay. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable and we got very good prices. They had everything you need. Katie, the GM and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We stayed during the Loy Krathong festival and they were very helpful with suggesting activities and places to go. Breakfast was included with the room and was very good with omelette station and other good food. The hotel area has a Japanese restaurant, kfc and pizza hut right in front but is also walking distance to a night market and other good food options as well as a mall. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Chiang Mai!

This place went above and beyond my standards! Everything was so clean, professional, and new.. everything I ever wanted. The front office was so helpful and nice, helping us check in a little earlier which was very nice. I wish the breakfast selection was larger but I was very delighted to see that they made a different selection of eggs fresh right when you ask for them, instead of cooking beforehand and leaving them out cold! The room is so spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were so so plush and comfy.. everything was just so perfect. I stayed at a prior O.K. hotel in chiang mai and migrated to this one, which was a major upgrade and good choice! Would recommend and come back next time I am here!

My friend and I LOVED our stay here. This is my favorite hotel experience by far! The employees were very attentive and helpful. We were provided with a map and other information that made our experience in Chiang Mai so much more pleasant. We were able to walk to plenty of food, shopping, and activities. It was quiet when we visited because it was in March (COVID was making a huge impact on tourism) so I’m not sure how much that affected our experience per a “normal” experience at this hotel but I’d like to believe this is standard service and cleanliness for them. When I visit Chiang Mai again, I’m definitely staying here and will be recommending this hotel to others!

Nice location in the heart of Chiang Mai. Very helpful staff. They helped us book a wonderful hot air balloon flight over the city. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Had an absolutely perfect stay here. The staff are incredible. Arrived to find out they upgraded me to their best suite. Got me checked-in in a flash and walked me to my room. A/C blew cold, shower was hot. They served me a huge delicious breakfast. Location is great. Cannot think of one thing I'd change. Try it out.

Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai was a pleasant experience. Quite possibly the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand for many reasons. Exceptional staff, easy check in process, great breakfast (food, fruits, coffee), and spacious hotel room with balcony and awesome city view. We visited during Loy Kathrong (Lantern Festival) and the service was great despite the busy holiday time. 10/10 service. And a special recognition for Katie at the front desk. She gave us the best recommendations for things to do in Chiang Mai and around Thailand. I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to the city.
