Helpful, friendly and quick service. Sent a 5,7kg package to Estonia for 2600B. 3-4 weeks with tracking number.
UPDATE: Arrived to Estonia(europe) in a week!

They speak English, take credit cards, prompt-pay, cash. Bring passport for international mailings. They also sell snacks and water.

Amazing staff! I forgot my book at the office while sending my post cards one day. The staff super patiently transferred the phone to another English-speaking woman, answered my call in a friendly manner and helped keep my book safe and sound till I picked it up the next day. I'm so grateful :)

Most efficient Post Office in Chiang Mai! Fast and knowledgeable staff makes it easy to ship things abroad. Almost no English is spoken though.

I send a package to Indonesia with return back if delivery isn't possible.
Package never made it to the receiver. Seems it got lost in process...
No one can help or seems to be responsible...
No compensation for the loss of the goods in package.
I use other services than Thai Post in the future.
