Hotel Sunce

Children of all ages are welcome, but access to the rooms and facilities is a bit problematic, primarily because the elevators are too narrow/too small. Staying with twins was a challenge. Unlike some other hotels, where additional children's beds are charged, here we got two without any problem or compensation.

The staff is outstanding, helpful and accommodating. Spa area, swimming pools, all clean, tidy, pleasant to stay. The food is extraordinary. I recommend this hotel.

I & my Serbian husband love the saunas here a lot. I haven’t seen this kind of sauna before. They have so many different kind of sauna with different temperatures and humidity. Also they have salt room which is we love so much. We do recommend this hotel if you are the person who loves saunas. Believe me !! You will love it like us !!!

It's absolutely perfect. Service, rooms, SPA procedures, the food and the guest treatment is exactly what you expected to receive. Even more than expected.

Everything was Superb... No further comments are needed. Recommend to visit. Maybe the prices are little more higher but it worth every dime.

The hotel and location are absolutely beautiful. The service is immaculate. Staff is extremely friendly. Spa is awesome. Many different types of saunas, steam and salt room. The food at the restaurant is tasty buy the portions are extremely small for the price. Another negative is that it's June 19th and they have not opened the outdoors pool yet! They blame it on previous rains and bad weather, and how they need to clean it. But the pool looks perfect and swimming in an indoors pool at 29C is absolutely ridiculous!
Would recommend this place for a good relaxing time as there are many natural trails to hike as well. The nature around the Hotel is gorgeous. Will come back.

Went with family, spa facilities are superb and staff is absolutely amazing. Hotel is beautiful and we felt like VIPs throughout. Highly recommended.

An awesome hotel with a giant pool. Close by to the Ripaljka Waterfall and Bovansko River. Very relaxing with clean and tidy rooms. Enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again. Staff are very kind and have that Serbian gostoprimstvo!

Wonderful place, hotel, atmosphere... The hotel staff is extraordinary, the hotel employees are elite... The one and only negativity is the air condition inside the hotel, so hot within humidity from the bath, looks like a first stage of a hell. It seems like the hotel dispose with excellent wall isolation and indirect heat from the bath, so the wonder is why the Hell they spent a hellable heating energy over the needs and way behind the welfare??...

Great hotel with lovely people working in it. Top quality food and great spa. Nearby river makes lovely sound and atmosphere + it has a couple of small beaches. Nearby mountain gives excellent air quality. Will visit again for sure!

Very nice hotel on good price. The room was great, the food in the restaurant (a la cart) was delicious. Two good size indoor pools. The deepest part in the big pool is 140 sm deep (which was good). The only thing I didn't really like is the capacity of it, as there were too many people in the hotel and the pool was overcrowded on Saturday. It is necessary to mark where the big pool gets deeper as it can be dangerous for the children which can not swim.

Great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly, very concerned about guests having a good time during the stay. There were activities planned during the weekend, some wine tasting, pool activities for children and music at the lobby bar which was really great and relaxing. The bar was crowded in the evening so I needed to wait about half an hour to pay the bill, so I stayed longer than I planned. The spa was crowded during the day with families with children but after 21 o'clock it was relaxing and quiet. Overall impression was positive.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it’s easily comparable with the 5-star hotels in Serbia with a similar concept. The kids loved the game room and indoor pools, while I enjoyed the outdoor pool and very well equipped SPA. The food was good and fresh, with plenty of options, especially for the breakfast. The staff was outstanding - very kind, helpful and always smiling. Happy we finally visited the place, and looking forward to more visits in future!

It's a good hotel, fully deserving each of given four stars. Recently renovated, it includes modern features such as room door led panels, enabling guests to toggle room status by screen touch (needs cleaning, don't disturb etc). Overall interior looks great and nicely decorated. It has indoor and outdoor pool, with a some smaller ones dedicated for children. The outer pool is sufficiently large to have a good swimming exercise. One of very top hotels in the area.

I would give 5 stars to this hotel and overall experience in Sokobanja. Friendly staff is really helpful. I had a feeling in some moments that they are too kind! Really trying their best so that I can feel relaxed and calm! The best spa zone in Serbia. Pool is big enough and separated from spa area. Great experience!!! I would recommend this hotel to everybody. I will definitely come back here again soon!

Everything was excellent - the staff was very friendly and polite, the food was extremely tasty and the spa center was spacious with a lot of facilities... hygiene and equipment at an enviable level. If you are looking for a place for a perfect vacation or weekend stay, it is definitely hotel Sunce. Absolutely all recommendations!

I stayed here 3 nights with my husband and 2 small kids. We had fun at the pool. There are 3 big pools and 2 or 3 small pools for kids. The food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and kept smiling everytime they saw us or any guest. That's an important thing, how the guests will feel good also when they see smiling faces. My kids enjoyed also at their indoor playground. Not to forget, my husband and I had the best massage ever here. I recommend Nikola for massages. He is very nice and friendly plus his massage was awesome. Thank you Sunce team🇷🇸
