Gargantua KSLF

Nicely decorated, with a pleasant atmosphere and service. The food so far has been good. The lunch menus are diverse and fairly priced. Noticed a bit of a problem with some flies that always fly around the restaurant, even in winter:)

We didn't have a reservation when we arrived, but we were kindly accommodated. In my opinion the best restaurant in Romania! Food without any remarks or errors. Service at the highest level. The best ratio of price and quality! I remember this duck all the time! When I am in Bucharest, I will definitely go to this restaurant only!

Very tasty and well prepared food! They even have a selection of Japanese food like sushi and sashimi! The taste and presentation of the dark hot chocolate was excellent too. The atmosphere was good and I like that they are following a brown-black-gold theme for the interior and furnitures. Good service from the staffs! Will definitely go back again!

We really enjoyed the diversity of drinks and dishes on the menu. The offered dishes were European and Asian. The ribeye steak was medium-rare, just the right amount of cooking. I also very much enjoyed the vietnamese rolls as an appetizer.

The staff was attentive and friendly. They let us know in advance before the kitchen closed, at about 22:30 if I'm not mistaken.

Unfortunately, the site isn't updated, so call them rather than make an appointment online! Otherwise your appointment might not get through and there might have no tables left when you're at the location.

Elegant, discrete, cozy. Staff was friendly and professional. Food delicious, the chocolate cake super.

I had the pleasure of dining at the exquisite Gargantua, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

While it's true that the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience justifies the cost. From the ambiance to the quality of the food and drinks, it's a package worth indulging in.
In summary, Gargantua is a gem of a restaurant. The diversified menu, exceptional food quality, and the array of delightful drinks make it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. Despite the slightly higher prices, I have no cons to mention for this beautiful establishment. It truly offers a dining experience that goes beyond expectations, and I highly recommend it!

A nice and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is not that wide but yhe dishes are well cooked and large. The outdoor terrace is amazing. Parking here is a nightmare though, with two large boulevards nearby.

I ordered AOP shrimps pasta which were very good ☺☺ the waiters were kind. Please note that the restaurant is closing at 22.00 and not at 00.00 as it says. The prices were ok price-value

Update 2020 - Gargantua continues to provide good food on their attractive terrace. It is a firm and reliable favourite.

A good place with a different and interesting menu. The liver and ginger was extremely interesting. The artisanal ice cream was fun but we had to eat quickly as it was a hot day and the eight mini cones had started to drip seriously.

Nicebcafe... short walk from the Geology museum ... popped in for coffee and ice cream.

What can obsady for this mint lemon juice ? For the baileys coffee ? And for their dishes … I will be soon back

I organized a corporate event and they were very supportive in accommodating all requests and making sure everything was ok. The staff is really friendly and the location is gorgeous. The food could have been a bit better, but all in all it was good.
