Updated review (10/Mar/2023)… I visited the orange shop and bought an 8gb sim for 32 RON (about 7 Euro) which comes with a free 60gb of data. Actually I bought the same one last month and when I had run low bought another one.

Not all staff members speak English but I’m sure you could get what you need using Google translate.
