Unirea Shopping Center

A cute, with plenty of history and diversified mall in the Unirii Square of Bucharest.

Accessible prices, nice fashion stores,great cosmetics shops (such as Douglas, Kendra etc) with a local eatery such as megapan (which i highly recommend, super good and fresh) and other facilities (such as a gym and a supermarket).

10/10 I'd highly recommend!

I found a small gem next to to the H&M shop. It's called Bella Australia and it sells some really nice things (suitcases, wallets, umbrellas, scarves), plus the service is great. The lady has a lot of patience and made excellent suggestions.

I visited the Vodafone dealer there. They were very helpful.

Good shopping centre with plenty to see and several fast food restaurants like McDonald's, KFC, etc.

Amazing. Why? During a war with no lights or heat. People shopping with flash lights. Some stores had lights. All clerks were friendly.

A good place to find fancy clothing for parties/prom (1st to 3rd floor) or to have a bite in a rather different place (last floor). I tried 2restaurants from the top: the food and drinks were delicious and inexpensive (i was expecting higher prices given the location in the centre).
The shops always have the last trends in fashion and various models of fancy dresses and suits for everyone to try and the price range varies a lot too.

Great shop selection, especially for jewellry.
A great addition will be more food options or a food court.

I entered for a gift silver earings with pearls (from culture) around 50 Euro resolved in 5 minutes at the floor level, it is effective immediately you find if you're aware what you are looking for. Since the years 1970 when I first entered, nothing has really changed in terms of convenience and accessibility. Just the socialist products where replaced with the kinda capitalist ones. :)
