We arrived at the hotel three guests, a very courteous reception staff, the room we received was in line with expectations, large clean, very comfortable beds and large, clean shower rooms. Large, clean dining room A very good breakfast with a large selection to choose from. Free parking at the hotel, just need to get approved by the guard at the place and put in the car, so in the evening there is free parking on the street in case the hotel parking lot is full.The hotel's location is excellent and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Highly recommend the hotel and will come back again.

We have spent one night traveling form Transfagarian route. Hotel in almost city center. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. All as expected form IBIS. I was totally positively surprised how nice staff on reception was. Due to the fact that all parking spots were taken it was an issue to park the car - but staff from reception offered help by using his parking place. He moved his car to allow me to park near hotel... It was really helpful and great thank you!!

The place is perfect for business trips and short stays. Unfortunately I have visited in the winter and the room was very hot and dry. I had turn off the heat and opened the windows over night and it was still too hot. The room was big and clean and though rated as 3 star hotel it provide 4 star services. Hence the 5 star review. The restaurant is nothing special.

Situated in the city center, the hotel offers all the conditions for a perfect vacation. The rooms are airy and clean,
the view is gorgeous and the food is delicious. We are glad that the hotel is also pet friendly. Highly recommended!

Great place

It is clean, room are nicely decorated. The staff is helpful and the food is good. I recommend you to skip breakfast at the hotel and have a try in the old town. You will save some money and you will certainly have a table with a nice view.

Very nice rooms, friendly personnel and beautiful view. Breakfast is nice, plenty to choose from.
There are few parking spaces but they free up quicky.
The hotel is near the town center, couple of minutes on foot

We ate the best Cesar salad ever at the restaurant here. Great service and very tasty food. Didn't try the hotel, but everything looked great. Definitely a good location.

Close to the old town and pedestrian zone. Has clean rooms, good breakfast buffet, kind staff. Only lifts and bathrooms would need an upgrade and renewal. In spite of the ltter, I recommend.

Had a very pleasant one night stay here. Room and bed of clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Very convenient location to old town, easy 10-15 walk.

I strongly recommend this hotel!! It deserves 4 stars . Breakfast was great and varied, the room and bathroom were very clean. It was very quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful!!

I recommend getting a room with the mountain view. This will make your stay totally worth it. Is 10-15 away from the Center of the city. The staff is very nice and I will definitely come again.

Modern, clean. Staff at reception was friendly and welcoming. Located super close to the old town / square. Parking can be a pain depending on the time of day.

A modern hotel, the rooms are decently sized and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you arrive in the evening, parking might be trouble.

A 3 star hotel but deserves more, atmosphere is really nice , personal from here are very nice and with good manners ,i'll recommend this hotel 5/5.

Very good value for money. I think it's the only hotel in Sibiu they offers its customers a smokers room.

Practical and efficient as always, although its age is starting to show. Regardless, still one of the best options in town.
