The best market in Romania

The park is situated near center of the city. The central square is at 5 minutes walking distance. Is not a big park, but is suitable for relax time if you are in a visit in the center. There are parking lots nearby, to park you car at a very affordable price ~0.5 euro/hour

Nice, clean and cozy.

Very beautiful and nostalgic somehow for myself. Lots of people and great feeling in the evening. Everybody is walking, eating, drinking slowly like in Transilvania :) Be aware for the parking spots. There is a limited number near the Centre.

Recreational area downtown Sibiu - nice public garden - with the statues of the transylvanian leaders. Here you have the chance to visit the ASTRA Museum - the first cultural association of the Romanians in Transilvania (in the Hapsburg empire at that time)..

Astra Park sits a few steps from the main pedestrian street in Sibiu and often gets overlooked and overshadowed by the much larger Sub Arini Park. Yet, Astra has a unique charm. The trees are more mature, and the central fountain provides a nice focal point. There is a public restroom in one corner, but the cleanliness of it is iffy. There are large permanent games tables in one section, and you’ll often find some of the local chess masters engaged in fierce competition there. A great place to sit and read or simply enjoy the quiet in the middle of a hectic day.

Super park. Need to reserve the whole day to cover it all. A lot of different areas incl animals (sheep, goats etc). Variety of different architecture styles from Romania is great there...

Quite a big park and interesting to see. Tye layout is resembling an old village and that gives it authenticity. Spent 3 hours and only managed to see half of it.
An experience worth seeing and a good value for the money.
