Food here is delicious! Portions are massive, the schnitzel is the size of the plate, any side of your choice is included. I picked a rosti, these were also very nice!

Recommend the coffees here too!

The first schnitzel I tried was like a thin pork cutlet, but it tasted pretty good. However, it was so big that I couldn't eat it all. The pork ribs were familiar but delicious.

Nice and cosy place in Sibiu. Close to the main market, but still in a beautiful and quiet area. Nice view (as a balcony) from the terrace. There was live piano music there. Very nice, professional and friendly staff. Would recommend.

The place is nice and cozy, the staff was very polite and efficient.

For two persons we had 1 frittatensoupe (compliments to the chef - it was great), 2 mini schnitzel with potatos and 1 dish of Sachertorte.

The schnitzel was prepared well, thin and delicious and the size of it more than enough.

We absolutely loved this place. We were lucky to have amazing sunny weather, and this dreamy location made our short day and brunch in Sibiu absolutely worth it. We initially went there to try the Sacher torte, but we ended up having a burger as well (with real fried potatoes, not frozen ones 😍😅). Next time we definitely wanna try the Schnitzel, someone next to us ordered it and it looked& smelled great. There are not many tables on this side, so it never gets extremely crowded or noisy. Also there is a big tree just above the tables, so you always get the feeling of being in nature while you’re actually in the city center. The staff was polite, helpful by any means, funny and just great. I also noticed that they pack your meal if you can’t eat all of it, so you can enjoy it later at home, really nice. We were surprised in a good way by this experience and we are looking forward to going there again. 💛

I always liked this place and its vibe. More if you are lucky to be there while the piano play. The food is delicious every time and the staff very friendly yet still professional.

Came here especially for the breakfast and we did not regret it. It was fking top notch. I had the Franz Josep breakfast and f, it was unglaublich!
We were here with some friends and we all loved the food.
The people there were very nice and helped us with choosing/deciding what to order.
The bathroom was extremely clean.
Only thing that i didn’t like was the tight table room, but it’s manageable.
The cappuccino was 10/10 as it should be.
Also the place has a very habsburgic feel 😄 in the way it’s designed.
This is a must visit when in Hermannstadt!!!

Friendly staff and good food. Nice atmosphere and good music. The wine was good and the cheese as well.
The menu is in Romanian, German and English.
The waiter who served us could speak multiple languages.
We didn't try other things apart from the cheese platter and a bottle of red wine from Transilvania, but the menu looked really good with many interesting dishes from Germany and Vienna, and the price was affordable.

The restaurant menu offers a variety of tasty food choices at reasonable prices. The location has a quiet atmosphere with a touch of romance given by the piano which can be heard nearby. Also, the staff is very polite and the service is great.

We have tried the simple and the deluxe versions of the Viennese breakfast and I highly recommend the Spinach with Rosti and fried eggs.

It looks like as if you were in Wienna, you can even listen to the radio in German. The surroundings are picturesque, I think it should be especially nice, when one is sitting on the terrasse and looking down at the roofs of Lower town. Good coffee, food is ok. Attentive service. Nice café, with beautiful view, cozy atmosphere with live piano music and very tasty breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate. We tried egg royale, wien breakfast and the farmer's omelette and everything was excellent. The prices are very very good as well. Highly recommended.

The view there is great. I recommend the part of the cafe with the view for, but the other one has a nice live piano( or at least when i was there they had this).
The food is well cooked and well plated.
I recommend the lemonade with different ingredients( mango, pineapple)
Overall a very calm and pleasant experience.

Café Wien is at the bottom of the Huet Square, right next to Lutheran Cathedral of Saint Mary. It's above the first medieval forts in the city, constructed in the 12th and 13th centuries. The cafe has a terrace on the square Huet and 2 inside rooms on 2 levels. It is a cafe that serves Austrian dishes, a place where you can try goulash soups, cakes, crackers, Frankfurter sausages, and even the music, which is connected to Radio Vienna. It is established in a big old house, also a protected historic monument, and the inside has been renovated to retain the special touch of the place. Within its salon you can still see the original thick ceiling wood beams. What really surprised me were the newspapers wood sticks. Overall it is a must visit!

A place to go when you want to feel like in Vienna. Nice food, fast service and atmosphere. Have try craft beer from Sibiu with a great schnitzel , completed with an apfelstrudel with vanilla icecream. I'll go again...

Had breakfast here and it did not disappoint. Great outdoor spot next to a church and has a view of the city. Got the breakfast special which comes with orange juice and coffee. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had actually. There was even a live piano player.

Great little place to rest and enjoy lunch dinner. The view is also really nice, especially in the evening. The food is also good 😌 , The Schnitzel was great.

Cafe Wien is a lovely restaurant with beautiful wood furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. They had a Christmas tree and other festive decorations when my wife and I visited recently which we loved! We highly recommend the schnitzel and pork ribs. They have great food, great service, and a picturesque location!

One of my favourite places in Sibiu. Very stylish inside and the perfect place to watch a great sunset and enjoy some live music on a summer day. The food is amazing. Maybe a little pricier compared to other places, but definitely worth it! Totally recommend
