We had the clear soup with dumplings SUP CLAR CU GÃLUSC UMPLUT. It was really nice.
We also had some drinks. I asked for a local wine and liked it. Not sure which one it was, but a nice red. It was a great day and atmosphere while being able to sit outside and join the park.

A very nice place, which we discovered on our last day in Sibiu while looking for a light lunch, otherwise would've been back. Their soups were delicious as well as the smoked trout and the goat cheese starters. Beautifully presented food, cozy interiors and an attentive waiter - what not to like?

We had a great experience having lunch here. The food was very good, with quality ingredients. The waiter was very kind recommending us which dish to order or giving us details.
We had duck leg, slow-cooked pork, panna cotta and ‘papanasi’. We will return for sure.

The most delicious papanashi.

I have tried many restaurants which serves the Romanian traditional papanashi but this restaurant serves the moth delicious one. Kudos to the Chef.

On holiday and we found this place by accident. We had lunch and loved it so much, we returned for dinner the same evening. Two chicken risotto and a beefburger later and we were so pleased we returned.
Great food, great service and a beautiful restaurant, off the beaten track.

I was a bit skeptic to try the Pasta with sheep ragu but it was delicious. It was full of flavour, filling and a generous portion.

The the 'papanasi', they reminded me of my mom's ones. These are close to the true papanași. Boiled, like you can find more towards the north of Romania. In the south they are more like doughnuts.

As for the prices, they are comparable with what you find in most restaurants in Sibiu. So not sure if it is $$$ as that would be the case for most of them then.

Tried the dumpling soup and slow cooked pork in dark beer. OMG! AMAZING!

Delicious! The food was amaaaazing! I had a roasted aubergine and the the sirloin for main. Both were just PERFECT, I wanted to lick my plate!!! Both of my friends with me also loved everything they ordered. Very lovely service (thank you!) and pretty, chill atmosphere with nice playlist. Ah! And the waitress recommended me a Romanian ted wine that was also incredible good. I Highly recommended this restaurant!!!

We had a very nice welcoming, Great staff! The food was very good, my lambchops wore super good. Also they have a special soup with duck filled dumplings, that I haven't had before, and papanaşi was super good, boiled not fried (my favorite guity plesure but healthier). Great restaurant!

Cozy and cordial restaurant, kids oriented place due to playing room for little kids inside. Nice and kind service, friendly to tourists, have menu in three languages. We ordered all kind of soups and all of them were very delicious. Children loved noodles soup and plate with schnitzel and fried potatoes.

Nice place, kind of home feeling. The pork neck slow cooked in dark beer with mashed potatoes and baked pepper plus dark beer sauce was delicious. The boiled "papanasi" are the best in Sibiu. Not many dishes on the many, but not a few either. Just enough to prepare them grwat. We''ll definitely come back.

This is a truly charming restaurant with very high quality food presentation! The service is outstanding (the best I have experienced in Sibiu). The food is absolutely wonderful, you must try the slow cook pork in beer sauce! This is exactly what I look for when I am dining out! Bravo! I will return when I next visit Sibiu!

The most amazing dinner. Food is incredibly fresh and tasty. We had pumpkin soup, goat cheese with plums and slow cooked pork. Everything was perfect and beyond. Staff was very professional and yet made small jokes that made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I totally recommend it.

This was hands down the best place we ate in Sibiu! They source everything local; the fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked and definitely make sure to taste the papanasi! The service was excellent as well, thanks to Călin! Definitely would recommend!

Good food and warm atmosphere in the old city. Loved this place for the tasty food. We tried the slow cooker pork , the lamb, the duck and the fish all being very good. The waiter was attentive and helpful. Prices are average. Parking can be challenging to find in the busy days.
