Incredible restaurant! The location is perfect, in the city center with a huge parking lot. The interior design follows a newage style, very nice. But the big star is the quality of the food. Extremely tasty and savory. This week I'm going back to Sibiu just for this restaurant then I'll travel back to my hometown miles away; that's how good of a food is at this location.

Kombinat is an awesome place to dine in. The food is really tasty and the atmosphere is very nice. The food is cooked on the spot, you don’t get precooked things. The prices are above average, but it’s worth it. We’ve had the chicken rice and the beef schnitzel. The latter was tastier than the former, bit chicken was also worth it. We’ve licked the dished ( as you can see from the photos )

What a place?! This was the highlight of our 1 week trip in Romania. A must visit if you are in the area.

- The food is really special. With local produce and cooked in a creative way. Very well-balanced flavors and textures. We found out that the menu is created by a well-known local "master chef" and you can tell that from the dishes they have. Well done also to the kitchen staff for following the recipes properly!
- Service was friendly and attentive.
- Ambience was nice and the place is well kept and clean.

Recommendations for improvements:

- the restaurant entry could be made more clear/visible (maybe with a 👉 sign) - at night it is unclear if the place is open since it is not on a main street but rather in a parking lot.
- as a non-smoker, I would appreciate it if there are no ads for electronic cigarettes in the restaurant.
- some dishes were a bit on the salty side (for our taste)

We had a really great time here. Their house beer is super good, highly recommend it! Food was also great as was the service and staff. We had beetroot risotto and roasted cauliflower.

Probably the best taste you'll find in Sibiu.

Visited multiple times, the food is good. The terrace is a bit “cold” when it’s empty.

Had dinner at this hipsterish place, the in-house beer was very good and the food was just divine for me.
But as with most places where you will eat good the waiters are rude and you barely see them 😅🤣. Order another beer when your current glass is half full 😂.
About the food, i had some pork that was served with two amazing purées the complemented the meat extremely well. Being a hipster/fusion/something joint the salad consisted of two onion rings that i barely got the taste of it, it was funny 😄.

Amazing experience. The food was really great, simple but tasty. The portions were right and I loved that simple ingredients are used. We've had chicken and ribs and it was to our liking. Serving was excellent, fast and polite. We were there in the afternoon so it wasn't crowded at all. I liked the design of the place. I would come back to Sibiu just to eat here.

The staff is welcoming, the ambiance is well-organized and clean, the food is delicious, and the local beer is excellent in taste. Parking available nearby for a fee.

Wonderful and very tasty food. We were very welcome with are french bulldog , they also gave us water for dog.

The location looks very good, it is small, welcoming, but, at the same time, there are a lot of well-distributed seats. The food is sensational, the dishes are excellent, I haven't eaten something so tasty in a very long time. The prices are very good, the beer is excellent, and the service was wonderful. Raul made sure we felt perfect, he smiled and served us with pleasure. His vibe definitely mattered a lot and made us have a perfect evening in the location. Definitely a 10 for the whole experience.

Amazing restaurant, with an interesting menu, great service and also good prices. The food here is something else. We loved everything we tried and will for sure come back again for another wonderful meal. Overall, a five stars experience.

Wonderful industrial style setting with great service and elevated local cuisine. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The food is excellent with a clear focus on high quality and presentation. Try the apricot aperitif as it is wonderful. They should sell it in take away bottles 😝

Best food in town. I definetly recomand to eat at Kombinat, more than ones. The food is absolutely amazing and also the staff. I recommend making an appointment before you go. It's a bit crowded.

If you enjoy fine dining then this is the best place to eat in Sibiu. They have an unique menu with products sourced locally and they craft their own beer and the staff was extremely friendly.

Very nice atmosphere, a beautiful place. Friendly and kind staff and the food was AMAZING!!! The food is something else, we really enjoyed it. Drinks also very very good and you can find a very good draft beer. I totally recommend this place.
