I needed to buy a Fridge for a location in a different city, with a Proforma, so my request was a bit tricky from the start. I needed to have it also delivered with an urgency status so I have made these arrangements with Lucian Gherban, one of their sales agents in the store.
Lucian was very prepared and answered all my questions, he checked all the details to be sure my order is placed correctly with all the small requirements, he kept me up to date with the upcoming changes and fevelooments about my case.
I felt that there is someone that really cares about the customer and did not worry at all that my order might be late or that I would miss information that would be needed.
I would definitely recommend their services.

Awesome staff, wanted to by an Xbox series X, but it was not in stock anymore, just missed out on the initial shipment. Left my number with Ionut, who called me as soon as it was in stock again and managed to pick it up in the evening.
