We were served by Adriana who managed to take care of our needs. 10/10 service
The food was delightful and the waiting time appropriate.

The atmosphere was romantic, our ears were very pleased by the violinist.

... but also the concierge and the rest of the staff all around the facility. Reservation was confirmed promptly. Drinks were outstanding (alcohol and dry ones). Food was almost perfect, fish fillets were top notch, as were the side dishes. Would recommend to get a confirmed window table and would clearly aim to visit during sunset.

Desert portions were very generous and prosecco by the glass was of good quality. Cocktails are well presented. Prices are on the higher side of Bucharest but balanced with the experience you get.

Perfectly situated with a picturesque view of Bucharest at night, Nor is the perfect place for a sophisticated dinner out. Adriana was welcoming and inviting, always checking up on us. Food was tender and flavorful, the music transcending you back to a ‘60s upper class jazz restaurant. Definitely would recommend. Drinks were flavorful and timing never missed.

Lovely rooftop! Price is just right portions are big. The starters are more like main course size. Cocktails were great too. Razvan was our waiter and he was very attentive and fast on getting the orders and clearing plates and glasses. Very good service. There as also a violinist playing which made the vibe even bougier!

Great place with a nice view of Bucharest from the 36th floor, especially at night, Nor is the perfect place for a refined dinner or a tasty brunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming and their fusion food is very flavorful, with many options to choose from (also vegetarian and vegan options)

Tip: leave some room for dessert to try their delicious “One Cloud Above the Chocolate Nest”

Absolutely stunning view especially at night.
The Wagyu burger is something you shouldn't miss (best burger I've eaten in Bucharest).
The prices are high due to the location but is definitely the place you should go you want to impress your girlfriend on your anniversary (or maybe for a proposal).
After 19:30 you can listen to live music. The serving was perfect. Totally recommend for a romantic evening.
One more pro: They have indoor smoking area.

This is the best restaurant in Bucharest! The views are astonishing and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and we had the absolute best waiter Nicu Z. He was very knowledgeable and made great menu recommendations! We will come back here often! The truffle fries are a must!

Never disappointed by Nor, we come back every time we are in the city. Perfect view, perfect food, perfect atmosphere.
The service is very good too, the waiter Razvan treats us very good...it was our 6 anniversary (almost) and we choose to celebrate here.
We can't wait to come back again.

Great views & atmosphere. Awesome food. Crusted Salmon was delicious. You must save room for the Cloud above chocolate nest dessert. Highly recommend!! Call ahead to make a reservation and request a table at the window. The views are amazing from this 36th story. Andreea served us with excellence!! We will be back next time we're in Bucharest

Fantastic place in Bucharest, not only about the view but definitely about the atmosphere. Valentin who take care of us was a fantastic person, helpful and not intrusive that gave us time to enjoy the meal.

It was my birthday today and the kindest and most attentive waitress Adriana made my experience a thousand times more magical and memorable. The ‘20s retro atmosphere of the restaurant and the magnificent view make NOR an unmissable spot in Bucharest! Definitely recommend the place, especially for exceptional service and amazing cuisine.

So hotel recommended this place and while I can definitely say it be better as a date night location even coming here by myself would 100% come back. In fact I’m probably coming back later this week to try something else. I wish I had taken a photo of the steak review but was cooked to perfection. Amazing service from my server Alexandru B! Definitely a must stop if you can!

ANDREEA WAS AMAZING ! We had reservation at 7 pm last night (oct 8th) for a table for 4,, and she was our server. Her knowledge, recommendations and service were absolutely amazing. The food was perfect, I got châteaubriand for two , asked for medium rare, and it came perfectly medium rare. Andreea was slicing it for us and her attention to details were amazing. I live in New York, and the expectation of a service is really high. However, I had dinner in several places in Bucharest on this vacation, including 18 lounge, which are their sister restaurant, but the best service was at Nor. Definitely we will be back and hopefully we can request Andreea. Thank you for everything.

Great food and decent size portions, the staff was very professional and polite. Atmosphere and view should not be described, simply amazing. Will come again for sure.

We're not ones for expensive restaurants, but we were gifted a voucher for a dinner at Nor Sky. I have to say, I was impressed by all the courses, and of course, the nice view.

We started off with prosseco and bruschetti party with olives, tomatoes and cheeses. The bread was soft and smooth, it was a good way to begin. Then the main course followed with duck breast and salmon, respectively. It had a side dish of sweet potato paste and gravy. Quite good. The last thing was the desert: cheesecake and chocolate cloud. I really liked the aesthics of them both. Very creative.

The view, besides being in one of the most commercial and bland districts of Bucharest (Pipera), it was nice to see everything from that height.

Our waiter was very respectful and attentive.

The prices are indeed high, but it comes with a five stars location and fine dining.
