The fish was fresh and delicious, and although the staff were friendly, the overall vibe definitely could do with an "uplift". Worth a visit but don't expect to make new friends!

Bigger inside that it looks from outside. There is a nice cellar behind the right door.
Best sangria. The steak was excellent, the sea bream also.
With the invoice comes a liqueur and a kind of grappa.

An authentic Portuguese restaurant 👌. Octopus 🐙 and sweet potato dish that we ordered was both sourced from the region. It was nice to have a dish grounded in local tradition. We saw local families dining in the restaurant, which is always a good sign.

Most importantly, each and every staff was super friendly. I would have gone again, but unfortunately they are closed on Sunday.

We had a great diner with our kids. The grilled fish was fresh and delicious and the service was very friendly. Can only recommend this restaurant in Aljezur.

The seafood stew was 💯 and the sweet potato cake surprisingly good. Not too sweet, moist and great texture. Would recommend to friends.

What a gem of a restaurant. Stopped in for dinner on our way through town. Made it just before the crowds arrived and were lucky to get a table. Wonderful fresh seafood. Great staff and atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, carefully prepared Portuguese comfort food.

Amazing sea bream, cooked to perfection. Olives excellent. And the honey pudding was to die for.

What a great find in Aljezur! The prices are a bit higher than you might find in Lagos or Lisbon, but the food is delicious and flavorful. We had the prawns and pork cheek stew which were amazing! The sweet potatoes were exotic and delicious, too! Don't skip the sangria or sweet potato coconut roll!

Had the razor clam seafood stew and it was delicious!! We sat by the river and it was such a charming experience coupled with great food and service. Highly recommended if you’re in then neighborhood!

We really loved this beautiful restaurant. You get surprised to find a hidden canteen right underneath the main entrance which is pretty old and beautifully decorated and maintained. When the weather is nice you can even enjoy a lovely terrace by the river.
The food was absolutely gorgeous, we really loved every bite, best dinner we had in our trip. The waiter has been very kind to spend some time with us explaining in perfect English everything on the menu and also something extra about Portuguese culture. We'll keep a very lovely memory of our dinner here.

Delicious food! We travelled out of Lagos in search of some real food (not so touristy) and we found it. We ate some delicious cheese, olives, bread, razor clams and octopus with sweet potato. Couldn’t fault any of it!
