Am 08.April um 15:30 im Geschäft bei freundlicher Bedienung eine Geschirr Abwaschmaschine gekauft. Um 17 Uhr schon nach Hause geliefert und montiert. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. No dia 8 de Abril as 1530 compramos uma maquina de lavar loica. Fomos atendidas muito profissional e as17horas ja tinhamos a maquina em casa pronta a funcionar. Estamos muito contentes com o empenho desta loja.

Très bon service : de l'achat à la livraison en 20 minutes. La dépose de l'ancien frigidaire par la même occasion. Top quand on est en vacances. Je recommande.

I went to the shop on the Friday and I was told the engineer would visit Tuesday. I wait in of the Tuesday. 11am and I phoned the shop to see what’s happening. I was told I need to speak to the engineer. I phoned the engineer and he says he won’t be out that day (thanks!) but he will phone Wednesday. No phone call Wednesday, or Thursday or Friday, and no reply to my WhatsApp message. What a waste of time.
