This is an excellently well placed beach bar, along the six kilometer waterfront of Buarcos and Figueira da Foz, so near to the sea that when you sit outside on rough days you feel the spray in your face. You can drive there, but you can also walk, run, skate, or cycle along the path that follows the waterfront.

Lovely bar over looking the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were there for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby hotel,and it was the weekend of the hurricane. We had a lovely afternoon at this bar sitting in the sunshine,and when we visited it again on the Sunday it had been badly damaged. But the staff worked really hard to get it up and running again.

Great location overlooking the Atlantic. Delicious ice cream! Very efficient, professional and friendly employee (a Brazilian young woman who was delightful).
