Becode Clérigos

I stumbled on this store, 2 lovely assistants couldn't do enough for me. Helped me so much, with sizes, colours, models. I ended up buying 2 beautiful pieces from a Spanish brand. One item they sold out of, so the assistant was kind enough to suggest i look for it online. we took photos etc. The store has really nice cross-section of brands, local and international. I only read the negative reviews when I went to write my review, I am no "stick insect"- figured, just normal average woman, so staff must have changed, because I got nothing but respect and help at the store yesterday.

Had a lovely visit and bought two coats at the recommendation of the sweet saleswoman! The store is curated beautifully as well.

Estive na loja o mês passado numa tarde de calor e ofereceram-me uma água aromatizada e fresca que me regenerou. Descontraí e perdi a cabeça com as compras devido ao excelente bom gosto de peças e acessórios. Oferecem um atendimento de excelência, o staff é muito simpático e profissional e reconhecem-me pelo nome. Nomeio esta loja como referência porque encontro sempre uma peça que renova os meus looks. Despeço-me sempre feliz! Parabéns e desejos de grandes sucessos!

Funcionária muito atenciosa. Ajudou-me bastante na escolha de um vestido. Em nenhum momento da minha experiência, como cliente, senti discriminação em relação ao meu corpo.

NEVER SHOP HERE - SIZE DISCRIMINATION - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The sales lady told me my stomach was too big at the moment to fit in a dress, I told her she was rather rude - at which point she was like because your pregnant (which I’m not). When I told her she was beyond rude, she just rolled her eyes and was like it was not my intent. I wouldn’t waste a penny in this store as they have no customer service - not to mention employees should brush their hair to be representations these high end brands. Spoke to the manager who did not do anything - and made excuses it wasn’t their intent - yet when I questioned why an employee who said something like that she then finally admitted it was not okay. BASICALLY SIZE DISCRIMINATION

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - GO TO PINKO, BURBERRY, ZARA. People working here are rude, and bigots. Witnessed them speaking badly to customer today, horrible behavior - very unprofessional for a space targeting tourists.

Heard sales associate harassing a customer over their appearance, left immediately. What horrible, awful, unprofessional people.
