This is a must visit brunch or breakfast spot on your trip. The pancakes were so incredible and I would have gone every morning I was in Portugal. Get the hot chocolate as it was so cute and delicious. I got the chocolate pancakes with the coffee cream topping and it was light as well as perfectly chocolate-y. The banana/ biscoff pancakes were rich and and are recommended to share with a side dish. The service was friendly as well and made the experience so much better

If you are craving for pancakes 🥞 This is the best to visit. Enjoy making your own pancakes by choosing your favorite toppings.

Dined here in October of 2022 (just getting around to posting a review now) - Such a good meal! The Nutella cappuccino was delicious and both the meals we ordered came with generous portion sizes for the price. Also the waitstaff was fantastic and helped us navigate the menu (it was easy to navigate, we just had questions :)) overall a 10/10 experience!

The food was excellent! I ordered more than I could eat. Particularly loved the orange juice, the dragon fruit sauce for my pancakes and that breakfast sandwich my friend ordered. The music was acustic versions of some of my favorite music

Really nice small place for brunch/breakfast! You can build your own pancakes with a lot of unique options to select from so the end result is a really tasty pancakes! Prices are fair and nice service!

Pancakes were very delicious and the portion was big. Also the fruits were fresh and the cappuccino was good as well. The employee was very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend but paying is only possible with cash.

Loved all the combinations and the flavours. The pancakes came out amazing! FYI! Cash only. Reasonable prices for such a extravagant indulgence!

Arrive early or prepare to queue. This is a deservedly popular cafe with an almost infinite range of sweet and savoury pancakes, and other delicious light meals. We came for the pancakes and weren’t disappointed. Select from a range of batter styles, fruit, toppings and sauces. Amazing!

tl;dr: yes. Just yes. Just remember to bring cash.

I have a thing for brunch. I don’t know how to explain it, it’s kinda like a calling of sorts. Give me some nicely presented breakfast food and I’m a happy camper. This is what I got here, plus the best waiter ever.

I was slightly lucky to get a table here because the waiter told me there’s usually quite the line (and it did begin forming later). There are 5 fixed brunch menus, custom pancake options plus some extras like different fruit juices, bagels and other stuff I didn’t pay attention to. Menu number 4 had an açaí bowl so that’s what I went for, plus a tuna bagel.

Food tasted good, beverages tasted good, coffee was dirt cheap. What more can you ask for? Lots of foreigners here for some reason.

The young man who was waiting the tables is the best waiter ever. Portuguese guy who speaks English with a mild Texan accent. Greets everyone so enthusiastically and just seems quite happy to be there doing his thing. Gave me bakery recommendations. His presence makes the experience here more joyful! Very happy without my time here.

Be prepared to queue outside and have a really long waiting time. But people queue for a good reason because the pancakes are really delicious. And the best - you can build your own pancake and put together whatever you're craving for. The team is also very friendly. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Wow, now I understand why I could never get a table here before! Everything here is so delicious! The pancakes are perfect and the sandwiches are amazing. Get yourself a smoothie as well and come as early as you can - it gets packed really fast. Will definitely come back again.

Very good brunch and friendly service! We took pancakes (you can design your own), a bagel and an açai bowl and everything was good! Take maybe less than us as we had some trouble to finish haha.
The place seems trendy, be ready to wait or go at the opening.

Lovely food and super friendly staff. The atmosphere and music were also great, very affordable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to eat in Porto.

On our 2nd day in Porto we visited O Diplomata (because on the 1st day the line outside was so long). Now we understand why people are waiting outside ;-)
Best pancakes ever!!
After i finished my first pancakes, i orderd again.... Just because its so nice!
They were short in staff that day, but they worked very hard to get everything on time at the table.
I will tell everyone in The Netherlands about this place😉
