Sehr empfehlenswert, weil die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen , Vermieter ist hilfsbereit

We were planning to visit this apartment in 2019 just before Covid-19. I made my FREE CANCELLATION booking via Booking.com.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 situation we couldn't go and we had to cancel our holiday.
SO we try to contact with the hotel to cancel our booking and get back the money.
We couldn't contact with anyone from the department, nobody picked up the phone, nobody replied for our emails.....
I was "fitting" for my money at least 2weeks and I never get back.

Don't recommend this place at all❗
Very bad customer service, stealing your money and you never get back. 😡

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement malhonnête. Depuis 2 ans je tente de me faire rembourser mon séjour annulé pendant la pandémie. Le propriétaire quand il daigne répondre annonce enfin un remboursement sous quelques jours mais rien ne vient...

Depuis plusieurs semaines, je n'ai plus aucune réponse. Évidemment rien n'est remboursé. Très mauvais service client, propriétaire qui profite des sommes payées par les clients. Du vol pur et simple!!!!!!
